British LE would have to monitor anything and everything you are doing on your mobile device or computer to do this. For the police to even identify this journalist they would most likely have to have both GPS coordinates and front facing camera access to give police a fair description of the person to pick them out in a crowd.

You see, here in Europe, we already practise an Abrahamic, Judaic religion- Christianity. What would be wrong with a mere conversion to another equally foreign one but with more vigor, strength and expediency to laws of nature.
Islam is a culture in the fullest of it's vitality, full of conquest and valor and has strong values which the West is desperately lacking.
I see these terror attacks as the manifestation of nature, as it does, fighting back against our decadent rebellion to it.
I am only worried about Islam as a racial threat, not a religious one.
I do not despise the Muslims, I respect them for what they are, at a lower place in the racial hierarchy but with healthy and natural instincts to conquer and dominate. Just like our forebears. Although their means to may be adjusted to for their lesser nature, it is nothing to be actively despised.
I despise only the traitors inside the gate, who open the floodgates to the foreigners, they behave unnaturally.
It is them we must wipe out first, then we can get about the messy business of cleaning out our house.
At this point I think we can hope for something new to reborn from the ashes of Europe, a second great civilization from the corpse of the first.
