Hello Comrades. This general is for the discussion of Marxism-Leninism, the ideology of revolutionary socialism and communism.
Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

>Communism in it's full form is a stateless, classless society that follows the maxim "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need."
>To achieve such a society Marxism-Leninism teaches us that we must replace the capitalist state, which is controlled by the capitalist class, by a socialist state, which is controlled by the working class. Then, a period of class struggle follows in which the capitalist class is liquidated by the working class. When the capitalist class has been completely vanquished, there will be only one class, the working class, and eventually the functions of the state will become indistinguishable from the functions of the society as a whole, and the state as such will 'wither away' as Marx said.

Seriously now, why is the EU not putting more money into Libya? Every euro put into the Libyan navy, into Libyan detention centers and the Libyan police force, is 20 euros saved in Europe. Illegal uneducated migrants are very expensive for European countries.
Also, France and Britain and Italy bombed Libya into chaos. Personally, I think that if you bomb something, you should then rebuild it. It is just a matter of paying for what you trashed.

Those places are already "relevant" the rules are different on this side of the Pacific, a lot of the money isn't coming from Scandinavians and EU cosmopolitan millionaires, it's coming from Chinese people from much warmer regions. Getting Americans to come down here is also a hassle, again, unless it's Melbourne or somewhere with beaches or weed.
Tasmania sometimes feels like a Scandinavian country! It even has some glaciers in the south, like new Zealand. Getting people to want to, not live there (that makes things harder) but invest.
And it's because the entire world feels that Australia is at the ass end or irrelevant if you're a materialistic Chinese middle-class person.

There's a pattern in Tasmania, someone has a business idea, whether it's a new dam or a new mill or whatever, they'll hire a company willing to displace workers, a new town will be built almost over night (you'd be surprised what workers can do if it's their own house), a new community will be established and then the business idea finishes and EVERYONE fucks off and the new workers prefer to commute for two hours on a 60kph road then live in a ghost town.
Tasmania is filled with ghost towns.
