So now that we have the ability to determine someone's ethnic heritage by sequencing their genome, has anyone done a study on blacks in the US to determine if there are any correlations between how much white blood they have in them and IQ or achievement in life?

We might as well scientifically determine once and for all if intelligence varies based on genetic composition of race. I'm inclined to believe that there is something to it because where else in the world have species in different locations with different requirements for survival have evolved exactly the same way, even on separate continents?

We call different animals separate species even though they can breed and create viable offspring like dogs and wolves because they look different, live in different environments, and act differently. The same could be said of humans from different geographic regions except for the fact that humans are special. We have been given intelligence great enough to speak and build things and record histories so we are granted a special elevation because of our intelligence. We have more in common because of our capability for the shared human experience of consciousness than we have in differences, but there are differences because we evolved in different areas which exerted different environmental pressures on us.

IQ and achievement gaps seem to be pretty solid evidence of genetic differences in intelligence so let's take it one step further and see if full blacks have the lowest IQ, then mostly blacks, then mixed evenly, then mostly white. That would be conclusive evidence to put the issue to rest so we can figure out what to do with this information. We already know that intelligence is highly heritable and that there are difference among the races, the only question is down to why. Some would say that it's all environmental and that everyone came out magically equal and only biased statistical methods can't see the real truth. Let's test that theory.

I think I finally understand the whole point of the Russian collusion accusation.
It's not to prove that Trump is guilty and get him impeached.
It's to bait him into obstruction of justice and then get him impeached.
He doesn't even need to be guilty, just as long as it looks like he is obstructing justice, there will be grounds for impeachment. (You can argue that firing Comey already serves that purpose)
And he keeps taking the bait.

Natural selection only acts on functional phenotypical expression of genes.

The smallest recorded genome a functioning organism can have is 159,662 base pairs and 182 genes. That means, on average, each gene would consist of 877 base pairs. There are 1.02 × 10^528 possible permutations of these base pairs. That is about 7.09 × 10^510 times the supposed number of seconds in the age of the earth. That means, in order to get just one of the 182 genes, there would need to be a genetic mutation of any number of base pairs an average of 5.90 × 10^448015 per second since the inception of the earth to get a 63% chance of arriving at the correct gene sequence. Accounting for all 182 genes, there would need to be a genetic mutation of any number of base pairs an average of 6.4 × 10^2124 per second since earth began to get a 63% chance of arriving at the correct gene sequence, which is impossible.

There are only three valid contentions to this: 1) That the majority of the base pairs of the genes are the same -- but the lowest that could possibly reduce the possible permutations of the base pairs is to 1.85 × 10^530. 2) That smaller genes existed in the past as an antecedent to more modern, primative genes -- but anything smaller is not functional and is therefore not acted on by natural selection. 3) They -were- functional because evolution is real therefore evolution is real, but this is circular reasoning and is not confirmed by science - no such thing has ever been observed to begin to form a relevant hypothesis. Even if every advantageous mutative genetic addition were somehow naturally selected, there would need to be a genetic mutation an average of every 4.5 months, and no such thing has ever been observed in all of human history. Any other contention is equivalent to citing the warp drive as explanation for faster-than-light speed.

In the last thread, I stupidly used the permutations formula rather than exponentiating 4, but the latter is much less forgiving.
