It is clear, that while the military has a technology advantage over the civilian population, it is doomed both logistically and in terms of longitudinal manpower.

How the fuck do you intend to take the guns away from 63% of the remaining americans whilst openly trampling the rights of the other incumbent 37% of civilians who clearly will no longer be able to deny what is happening?

Morally the resistance to such a movement cannot and will not be condemned by anyone who is actually affiliated with the philosophy of liberty. Not only is it logistically impossible for an army to sustained at this level for a long period of time, there are no battle lines except around federally owned buildings and bases scattered all across the united states.

This makes it pretty much obvious at this point that the incumbent army attacking its own civilians will have to be both numbed to the fact that they're firing own their own people and also aware that they're no longer fighting for freedom, Textbook definition of Tyranny and Evil.

This war could not last more than a year at the least, the amount of economic pressure the civilian percentage would put on the government to keep the war going would be to great for any amount of gold and or favors we still have with the global markets, all of the industrial factories that America holds will cease to produce for the entire event. Choking the Army and its logistical might to local operations,

In terms of manpower such an army would dwindle, desert and most likely die before the possibility of winning would reach 20%

It's quite clear,
