I'm happy to see you again anon, keep up the good work !

looks great, I really like how the art implies depth even in the flat places the pawn design itself is very cool too. Keep it up

Hey /po/ so a few days ago some physics kids I tutor asked me if I could help them build a rollercoaster out of paper. So with /po/ knowledge I did the best I could, but now I want to do even more. I researched some papercraft and I'm really interested, but still wondering which program I should use. I've already played around with Pepakura but I was wondering if any of y'all have other ideas?
>pic related, kids got extra points for prettiest coaster
My bad, I just realized I posted the wrong pic

Hi guys! I recently joined an online site for fans of the American hockey team the Colorado Avalanche. Being a fan of papercraft I'd love to be able to get a craft hosted on our site. I was wondering if anyone could help me out and design a simple papertoy of an Avalanche player? Just something relatively simple that fans can download and put on their desktop at work!
Help is much appreciated! :)
Here's a simple model of the Avalanche players, updated for the 16-17 season! ;)

Haha nice one! :P I appreciate the humour! I know they're crap this year but I'd love a little model to put on my desk at work :)

Try using a Waterbomb, but then with special printing. Easy for non-folders.
This is my take on a stellated dodecahedron, in translucent white vellum, hand-silkscreened in bright white ink.
It is made of 30 identical folded squares to achieve the 20 points (do the math), and it is adapted from a design by Paolo Bascetta of Bologna, Italy.
It is illuminated with a small, round 3" bulb, in a socket which is plugged into an extension cord. This is inserted into the star through on of its small openings.
I hope you enjoy and welcome your comments and questions.

Got more?
I do have some more pictures, I'll take a look at my files.
Anybody got this file or know where to get it?
My guess is to try asking this person.

So you probably heard of the new Pokémon Kartana, right? It's based off of origami.
Anyone have an idea how to actually fold an Kartana? There's a papercraft Kartana on the internet, but making an origami one seems more appropriate.
So, I was thinking of gifting a book to my girlfriend and wanted to complete it with a bookmark.
So far, the best I found was the one in the picture (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JoiNDNP8xY&feature=related)
Any suggestions on other models?

Hey /po/!
I have posted here a few days back and I got some good tips for my papercrafting and I would like to say thanks.
Pic related is a papercraft I made today using toothpick to apply liquid glue, the other one is one I made some time ago using glue stick.
I'm still a beginner as you can see, but I'm having a lot of fun putting thesr together I appreciate that all of you are very friendly. Did not expect kind comments on 4Chan.
Thanks for making me pick up a new fun hobby /po/!
Not bad! Keep up the good work, Anon!
>Did not expect kind comments on 4Chan.
And that's why /po/ is the best board.

Nice start, keep going!
Hey guys I found this, I plan to retrace and make it in paper or maybe in wood with a laser cutter,
but before, I would like to know if someone already did it, so I can save time
>>550447
you definitely saving time waiting for someone to answer.
>>550447
If you only have this picture you need to straighten it in photoshop or something which wont be so easy,
If you retrace you have to consider the thickness of the wood (or the paper) and redesign the slits where the pieces would stuck.
I'd advise you to take on another project, if you are not really a pro on this.
Anyone knows what model this is?
