I need help /p/ I my house got robbed recently and all I got were these shitty videos from the neighbors camera. Is there a way to get a cheaper image or maybe some sci Fi csi shit to zoom in and get a license plate?

could possibly superresoltuion with multiple frames from the video
get multiple frames containing license plates etc, scale them up 200% nearest neighbour in photoshop, auto-align layers, average out layers so the base layer is 100 opacity, second is 50, third is 25, etc
post video and i can try stuff because these single screenshots are actually useless
