i found that putting a color filter over the lens of an iphone fucks up the autoexposure so instead of everthing being even red, like a dslr, highlights are orange. I tried making a series out of it.
even whoring out all the tags on IG still got me about 30 likes per photo at best.

The mirror thing in the top row of that set of images isn't very groundbreaking, nor is your color thing.
That being said: it's good that you're exploring the effects of putting color filters on your lens. By no means should you stop. But your idea here seems to be "here's what happens what I put a colored filter on my lens!". You can go more in depth than that.

I will keep exploring with it. I have a few other colored filters to try with different environments. I just want to break 50 on at least one image. In city with 3 million people I figured it wouldn't be that hard. With such a low exposure i must be presenting to the wrong audience.

Thanks for the feedback. Should I switch colors? Abandon the mirroring concept completely?
1.go to chinkbay, buy filters and iphone lenses, 2.make Lomo filter set, sell to hipsters (Chiraq should have enough from what I've seen)
3.??
4.use monies to buy decent camera
o yeah and keep taking phots, some look nice
