use a light source other than your phone/monitor so you don't see pixels through the film, or get a sheet of translucent paper or plastic to diffuse the light.
Also Get a macro lens or at least macro tubes with the sharpest lens you own so you can focus closely on the film and fill the frame as much as possible.
You should shoot at the lowest iso, too, and on a tripod. 1600 and handheld will make your film scans look terrible.

Ahhh the "мъжкa чaнтичкa" or the "mujka chantichka". It's the "man bag". Unfortunately most of the men lack fashion sense & how to pick a good man bag. They usually go for the cheapest replica they can find and the design/material is horrible. It's usually used to store money, phones, water, papers, pens and shit like that. It's not only here. good effort, I think the problem stems from the blue/yellow sky on the left being too bright by a stop and the blue parts on the right being too dark by a stop. if you keep monkeying around they'll match up and the yellow will fade to the pink really nicely.

I'm sure you did. Why would bitching help? What helps is actually giving thoughtful solid critique, so that people can actually learn and grow. Saying "sucks" has literally ZERO benefit. And if you're happy when someone links to your photo in the RPT and says "snapshit" and literally nothing else, it should be completely disregarded. It means he's not taking the time to look at your photo, to judge it by its own goals and aspirations. He's not considering what you were trying to do, or judging it based on what the photo itself wants to be. He's got a star shaped hole in front of him, and he's going down an assembly line of shapes to see whether your shape fits in his star hole, and when it doesn't, he throws it away. It's not useful data, and if it's making you pleased, then you're not giving your photos the credit or value that they should deserve to you.

Well, I've found a picture in my phone gallery which I accidentally took yesterday. I thought it looks pretty cool.
Due to the cold weather we have here the whole environment looks so colourless and the random green suitcase (I don't know why it's there, I've been a bit worried about it desu) makes the whole thing kind of interesting.

Finally processed/dev'ed my test roll from the Mamiya 645 with the 135 back.
Tried out the panoramic slide and while it was nice to use the results were a little underwhelming.

i uses a fuji x-a1 with a minolta 50mm glass + adapter i think
mostly its all about light and colors, everything was kinda blue and there was that construction that was gold
for the processing i just used some curves and played with each color individually and of course some masks to adjust saturation/luminosity for the hair/skin/etc .. i dont really edit the skin i prefer a natural look

I just try and give people the commentary I wish I could've gotten when I was starting out. My photos are alright but I've always been really autistic about color processing and finding tiny flaws in images, helps with giving super nitpicky criticism on an otherwise 8-9/10 image.

The lighting on her chest should be how her face is lit and vice-versa.
Also, if plastic surgery is the theme of the shoot I personally would do a white background and harsh but slightly defused overhead lighting with left and right fill lights for a clinical look.
I'd also give her a paper gown or something, the picture now looks you used one light and drew on her face with a mascara brush. It's a good first try but I would reshoot it, especially if it's for a college class and graded.
As for facial makeup I wouldn't do the bruising and would stick with the arrows. It'll make it a little more surreal. The bruises almost say "this woman was bullied physically into submitting to this self consciousness", whereas a clinical look and an unbruised pretty face being modified says "she's subjecting herself to it, because she thinks she isn't good enough for X reason" which is more insidious, and what you're trying to get across I think.

Haha I went on a roadtrip there last summer when it was like 37 degrees outside. Motor was hot from driving upwards, said motor brake didn't work very well, either. my normal brakes pretty much failed all the time (>tfw econo shitbox) so yeah. Wasn't that much fun. It's better to go there right before spring, I guess.
