So guys I have been shooting for a year or so now and I want to improve my gear.
I own a Canon EOS 1100D and a 50mm 1.8 besides the 18-55 home one. But I mostly use the 1.8
I like the objective but Im lacking lighting so Im thinking in investing on a flash. Any suggestions?
I mainly do street photography, portraits and abandoned places.
thank you!

OP, I'm about a year into learning and a flash helped me.
I started with a cheap manual flash and a cheap radio trigger. Then I got a cheap TTL. Getting a TTL off is expensive.
You can still use a TTL flash in manual mode on a cheap radio controller so I'd do that.
Having the flash away from the camera is vital.
if you want a solid flash for cheap
i suggest the yungnuo 560 IV
amazon sells one for $70
i've used it many times for paid events and weddings, and i get great results
