Well Hello
Ive recently bought the sony a6300 and im not very happy with sony color science, the skintones are awful. So doing some research Ive found EOSHD Pro color for sony cameras. Has any of you tried it or have the pdf file ? I really want to try it before buying it.

This.
Nearly any camera can have good color unless you're absolute garbage and can't process for jack shit.

I'm looking for a technique for developing film. I heard that a smaller dilution with a longer time would give less grain. I heard that this was called Static Processing but haven't been Abe to find anything online under that name.
Any idea what its called? Links to charts, anything else I can do for maximum contrast, minimum grain?
Thanks :)

Stand Development
Try here:

the term is "stand development"
In the future, don't make new threads for single questions that can get answers in dedicated threads, it clutters up the board and for each new "rate this one photo" thread an old one is deleted.
Recently I found this old K1000 that I would love to use but the mirror gets stuck in up position from time to time and i'm unable to use the viewfinder, plust other few stuff it have.

If it is possible to make a teleconverter that doubles the focal length without losing focus to infinity.
What prevents the construction of a wideconverter that can still focus to infinity?
Would be great to buy a 28-70 lens f2.8 for FF.
Put a wideconverter and get a 18-46 f1.8 lens on APS-C.
It would not be cost effective to attach a front and back element on an already made lens.
>>3000720
google "speedbooster"
>>3000720
Because the image isn't there.
a tc just enlarges the centre of the image circle, if you want a wide angle converter it has to go on the front of the lens. These are available, but unless it's one custom designed from the ground up (as with the 20mm adapter for the sony 28mm f2 lens) they give shite image quality and are larger than a prime lens.
>>3000728
For the reasons I've stated above, speedboosteers only work with full frame lenses on crop sensors, and again, image quality massively suffers.
Hey /p/
I'm shooting a friends wedding in March, and it will be my first wedding. I've done local concerts, headshots, and business portraits, but this one I'm most worried about as it's a "special day" and I don't want to be the cause of bad memories. Now, they are very relaxed (and technically already married, this is just a ceremony) but I don't want to fuck up.
What gear is essential? I don't have the money for a second camera body, but they are paying me relatively well and I mentioned I would rent nicer lenses (the bride is a photographer) and they would reimburse me for the rentals. I have a Sony a7, but I also have a power E-Mount to Canon adapter that I use so it opens up the ability to have a wider variety for lenses.
Right now I have semi-affordable lenses which include:
Canon 50mm Prime f/1.8
Canon 75-300 (Which I rarely use, I feel the quality really lacks as it was a sub $200 lens)
Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 (Which is the main lens I would like to replace, but I'm not sure if I should stick with a Sony lens or if there is a better zoom Canon lens)
I also have two batteries, multiple SD cards and will be renting a flash (Which I need advice on as well)
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Will bump with pictures of my dog because why not.

Any of you experiment with stacking photos to generate synthetic long exposures? I don't like the way the clouds jitter. I know I could tweak my exposure time & intervals to get rid of some of it but not all of it.
Is there a way in software to fix it.
>>3000199
just interpolate between the images to smooth them out (like in animation), then add the results into your stew
dunno what software is best for that
>>3000199
Yes I took this photo with 12 exposures. In retrospect I could have matched up the images a little better in gimp.

And here is one of the original images. To remove cloud jitter you can selectively erase part of the layers and creatively use a combination of noise reduction and blurring. I did neither in this case since it's something I like.

It is simple, what does this photo transmit? It's for a job, I need opinions
>>2999906
First thing I noticed in the picture was the boy standing alone, the boy seems very small compared to his surroundings, and looks like he's looking around for something or someone. Second thing I noticed was how empty the street was, no one around, nothing outside of the houses and shops, very empty. To me, it makes me think of my shitty lonesome childhood.
>>2999906
What job requires you to provide a critique of a Bill Brandt photo taken in 1937?
Kid is perhaps lost and by the dark lonely atmosphere the suburb gives it makes you think that he's not having a great time specially at a young age.
tfw you buy and invest into Nikon to realise as a student you are cheaper buying a Canon since the lenses are cheaper and all have AF instead of having to buy an expensive Nikon with an internal focus motor to drive your shitty 35mm and 50mm primes when the canon alternatives are cheaper and have af...
Now I am in the proceeds of selling my Nikon kit to buy a 550d with lenses because fucking Nikon is way too expensive and half the lenses are all mf
