It helps to see the leaves (if you ate the rest they'll tell you the same thing when you get to the hospital, so go pick some now).

If it's purple I assume nightshade until I can prove otherwise, but that doesn't look like the nightshade clusters around here. There's lots of other poisonous purple things though.

Kinda looks like Atropa belladonna, but the green part should be purple if i remember correctly

solanum nigrum likely but i'd have to see the leaves. the little petal-shaped calyx is indicative of solanum families and is usually a dead giveaway (notice they look like little eggplants)

But like I said, nightshade clusters usually look different.

If OP hasn't come back with leaf pictures then I assume whatever it is, it's poisonous.
