Anyone here interested in BB? I'm trying to get into it with a cheap <20$ gun, and need some advice. I've found a few I like (Pic related) and was wondering if there's anything to consider when getting into BB. (Gun in pic is stinger p311)

I was think about starting a thread like this, but wasn't sure if it belonged on /out/ and didn't want to go full /k/ommando.
I have a handful of pellet guns, my one pistol is a cheap Daisy BB pistol that's around 400fps. If you really want to hunt with it, you gotta get a rifle that shoots pellets, at least 700fps.

My kid brother has a few bb guns. He killed a squirrel with one once.

orange tip it goes to /asp/
Yes. 100% correct.
no orange tip it goes to /k/
With the exception of hunting.

One time like 10+ years ago, we had some baby bunnies in my backyard. There was a crow sitting in the tree right above the nest, just waiting for a chance to get the babies. My mom told me to "scare" the crow.
It got scared all right. My mom freaked the fuck out when I put a pellet right thru the bird.
The CO2 powered Crosman is a blast. 12 shot clip. It's like shooting a .22short.

So which is better? Those tiny bbs (2mm?) or larger (9mm?) for taking small game like squirrel or pheasant?

which mostly precludes airguns.
I like airguns too but they are not /out/.

More lies, I take my airguns /out/ all the time and don't kill a thing.
These lies are propagated by people who don't own airguns and don't like what we like.
Agenda specific hate mongering.
Pathetic.

This beauty is accurate as shit, and quiet enough to not disturb my neighbors
Downsides are it's weight, and that it's a single shot before you have to reload.
