Post cars from manufacturers which stay true to their design philosophy
>stayed true to their design philosophy
the fuck are you talking about?
the current gen of the big mercedes models is a fucking misdesigned joke
from the rear all three look like a shitty C-Class Coupé
worst is the S-Class.
have you ever even seen the car in real life?
it's a fucking joke compared to it's predescessor(s).
saged and reported, go and die in a fire.
from top to bottom
even better, look what groundbreaking new and progressive feature they included in the new E class
>the fuck are you talking about?
Are you 12?
>snack bar compass
Oh man, Germoney is really pushing that thing hard, aren't they
God I love the S550
Do you need the increased ride height? No? Go for an E-Class
Do you need AWD? Yes? Go for an E-Class with 4Matic
The coupe, in my opinion, looks horrible, while the standard GLE is passable
I need the increased ride height, thats why I want a SUV...
I already own a sedan and a coupe. The reason why I am getting the SUV is because my Honda Pilot 04 is getting too old and has a high mileage already.
As long as you're looking around and trying out different things so you won't get stuck with a car you don't really need/doesn't live up to the expectations. The normal GLE (stay away from the coupe) is perhaps the best in its class, and I can see how its worth if if you actually utilize the different functions and luxuries it has to offer. I've known quite a few people who have bought cars with loads of extra equipment they never use. They pay top dollar for equipment like heated seats, heated steering wheel, upgraded stereo (while playing YouTube-ripped music over the Bluetooth), 4WD without knowing the difference between the FWD-setting and the 4WD-lock
Thanks for your replies, I am actually looking at multiple alternatives.
I might settle down with a Porsche Macan Turbo that is loaded with options that I would use (fuck the heated seats, I hate them).
>he didn't have the money for the cayenne
Don't embarrass yourself when you try to tell andy and jack from the adjacent cubicles that your bank only gave you the loan for a macan.
>stay true to their design philosophy
We don't know how to give potential new customers incentives not to buy slightly used, yet several 10K$ cheaper models.
That's right girls. Buying a new mercedes you just buy warmed up, old shit. They didn't have much newer stuff and when, then they only appear to be innovative.
All these dogshit companies care about is to suck their investors cock and milk the sheep that buy them new.
Go ahead, buy it and finance the r&d for stuff like that:
What the fuck are you talking about?
80s and 90s Mercedes were full of plastic.
And then there's that cheap chinese tablet, just because mercedes decided "hey lets save some money on the instruments, we can market that as innovative to those sheep"
This thing ruins everything, it does not fit in, not a little bit. No i'm not turbo autistic, i see things from a person that pays 80K$+ for a car and demands not to look at that samsung galaxy tab bs all day.
That's some bad combination of colors, i love the black wood picture related though.
You must have never driven an S Class, if you've ever drove the new S550 4MATIC, it's fucking incredible, for such a gargantuan car, it grips like a motherfucker and it launches insanely fast.
>ITT people who have never driven a Benz
Coming from an S class owner I would agree that when I got it (2014) it was the best full sized luxury sedan on the market.
But due to Mercedes being a shit company to deal with (I had to wait 2 months for a replacement wheel because they couldn't source it) I'm moving to the 7 series soon.
I find these new Benz models to be hideous. The old C and E class looked so much better than this droopy shit.
The wagon models fix it up a bit but still...the sedans should look nice
Ford F series
2016 still has a solid axle front end in F 250 and higher 4x4 models.
Thats staying true to a design.
>everything you loved turns to shit in your lifetime
ITT: WHY DO THINGS CHANGE DON'T LIKE WHAT I DON'T LIKE
>design is stagnant
>why not freshen up the style?
>people will get bored with the way it looks . . .
It's like an amphibian metamorphosing. the tail is regressing into the tadpole as it becomes a large frog.
Lmao what kind of cuck refers it to freedom land
>home of the whopper, NSA wiretaps and most of the population in prison and the worst first world education system to rival Brazil and a health care system that is worse than Africa's
Burger land is appropriate
