harbor freight sells one you hook up to compressed air to run it, you can just return it if you don't scratch it up.

On the other hand. You should pull a vacuum to boil the moisture out of the system, but if you just want to cheap out to get by for a while, it will probably work just fine. How long depends on how long the systems been sitting at atmospheric pressure, breathing in and soaking up moisture, and how long the parts will tolerate that moisture once you get it back up and running.
