The Lincoln MKZ (same platform as the Fusion) is getting a 400hp twin turbo 3.0 v6 (w/ the trick RS AWD system).

Ford is going to be sticking that AWD in everything, since it can put down big power in a manageable way.

The Continental is going to be AWD only with the 400hp V6 as standard. China will likely get a lower trim variant with a smaller I4 turbo or a hybrid as an option to meet Chinese emission laws.

People are theorizing that they may toss in an uprated version Mustang V8 since the engine bay in the Continental was enlarged from and is quite a bit deeper and wider than other variants of the CD4 platform but that's just theory at this point. No confirmation from Lincoln.

I don't think the 350hp is base; that's what you get with the hot (twin turbo) if you opt for FWD (so obviously not the spec to get).
