cam profile has as much or more of an effect on powerband than headflow does. if you put a small cam in an engine with big runners it's still going to hit a wall when the valves dont open far enough to realize the cfm the heads can provide.
alternatively a big cam wont help your high swirl emissions biased heads flow any better.
