Is my brake disc fucked?

id probably get a new one. Not reallt but youll probably have to replace it before your pads are done again and youll need to get new pads again so just do it all now.

Yes. You need new discs, and pads.

Rotor might be resurface, but who knows.

They would fail any first world vehicle/MOT/equivalent, although that usually doesn't mean a whole lot i'm sure it's not completely irrelevant to road safety. Get new pads as well, or they'll make the disc wear unevenly again. Cheap out on anything but brakes really, i haven't changed oil on my shitbox in over a year but i was smart (stupid) enough to maintain the brakes
