>steering wheel vibrates when driving
I think this is a tire balance issue?
>steering wheel shakes (different from the vibration above) when braking
I think the brakes are misaligned
Cant do either myself
What do you think this will run me
Should I just leave it be?
>I think the brakes are misaligned
Huh? I guess there could be build up on the rotors, causing the pads to meet the surface unevenly, or possibly a slightly warped rotor. Simply have the rotors resurfaced.
There's lot of causes as to why a steering wheel can vibrate. Might have to try a couple different things, but a nice alignment and pressure adjustment could definitely help, and won't hurt you in any way.

have the tires balanced, if it still vibrates, rotors are probably warped
>>14198844
it costs fuck all to get wheels balanced you tramp
Inspect your suspension and steering for loose or worn bushings.

Im leaning towards this being the culprit because it all happened at the same time, which seems unlikely if it were something else
>>14198844
get your control arms checked to see if they're bad

wheel balance issues show up at 50-65mph
warped brake rotors cause vibration when braking, there is no such thing as brake misalignment
just stop being a jew and replace your tires, thats your problem
>>14198844
vibrate while breaking, if not warped rotors (abused or not broken in properly), it could be your tie rods (inner? replace inner and outer, parts are cheap enough, then get an alignment). that's what it's been the two times I've experienced it.

It only vibrates at certain speeds, starts above 40
Vibrations > 40 that come and go are largely wheel balancing.
Pulsing on braking is 99.99% of the time uneven materialvbuildup on the rotors; NOT "warped" rotors.
That's stupid.

One of your front calipers will be binding.
