car has been of production since 2007, almost completely unknown in the US despite, no happenings, and like the actual cars the content about them is vanishing too on the internet.

So everything with an airbag should be good enough. I was looking for any usable Twingo with a folding roof and having a bit more than 60 HP would probably help crawling out of city streets for a little ride. I wonder if I can find anything drivable or not on the verge of critical breakdown for less than 1000€. Living in Poland doesn't help, especially when Germany and Ruhr is about 1000 kilometers away. From my experience no one really likes the car at first. A lot of owners bought them out of necessity (poverty) and ended up falling in love, including my family. When I got my licence I was kind of laughed at for having a Twingo as my first car, since it was pretty small and ‘girly'. But as soon as my friends found out that it's a cheap, reliable and comfy little car with fuckloads of leg space in the back, they started respecting it. I've heard opinions like 'only the multipla is uglier' on the net, too. It's not a widely appreciated car from my experience. But I loved every second of driving it. I may be a bit biased since you always have feels for the first car but I consider it a really good shitbox.

If you look at the general shape of a Twingo 1, it's actually a fucking genius, minimalistic design approach.
It was designed to have maximum cabin space with minimum chassis dimensions and it fucking worked.

The Multipla had some interesting ideas in it but overall it looks absolutely HURR-DURR-designed (as it was intentionally designed to look appalling and different just for the sake of being different) and I agree it is fucking horrid looking.

Also the interior is really smart, all the space has been used very effectively.
