Sub-1000 iRating people are usually too shit to get to the upper licenses because if you finish like half the race you'll finish better than that but there are some serious slow shits who don't hit too much stuff and the licenses are super lax (like one wreck a race in the shorter races is the average for an A)

nice. I'll concede the high-end TIs are generally better than the high-end Casios, and have more of a following so more user-generated content. But the latest Casio (fx-CG20) looks pretty nice.

Here are mine. I don't like the two BA II Pluses much but it was either those or the HP 12C and I'm too pleb for RPN (KURWA). The Algebra FX is pretty good but not god-tier, I only really got it because it was cheap.

Not pictured: my trusty CFX-9800G. Pretty much the predecessor of Lancer's >>11602398 except it's got a dodgy mid-90s design complete with fake rivets. Same comedy 3-colour screen though. I must have dropped that thing hundreds of times but it still helped me BTFO many a maths exam in its day.

The physics for the most part are definitely arcadey, but the cars do have a bit more weight to them than other arcade titles. I'd say it's a bit weightier than your average NFS.

Start going through the main missions. As you level she'll start telling you about new factions with each region she sends you to (example, when you're told to head to Miami, you unlock Crocodiles). To manually switch, open the dashboard in Map view, and scroll to the Factions tab. At the bottom it'll say Faction Change. Since the game hasn't been out for 7 days it'll likely tell you that you've already chosen a faction, therefore can't switch. Only alternative to that at the moment is progressing through the missions, which allows you to change without the 7-Day penalty.

you can actually "feel" the weight of each vehicle and you never have any "get out of jail free" moments. everything you do while driving has its consequences. if you make a mistake, you have to live with it, there's no boosting out of it or anything

Does anyone else use a perf spec 458 speciale? I think the mechanics on it are fucked, the handling is really skittish and using nos at any speed means the back wheels instantly lose traction

also it has virtually no power below around 5k RPM despite having about 600+ hp

I think the GTR in dirt spec is like 30:70, it likes to get away from you more then the others. The Focus is most likely 45:55 given how stable it is.
