How does /o/ feel about the Ranger coming back to the North American market?
https://www.ford.com/trucks/ranger/2019/
IN B4 ITS BARELY SMALLER/CHEAPER THEN A F150
IN B4 THE BED WALLS BEING 6' OFF THE GROUND SO MY MANLET ASS CANT EVEN REACH INTO
Also does "coming 2019" mean it will be available sometime 2018? Like I always see cars being sold a year early I guess so people feel they are getting the super latest newest shit? But I digress.
Euroshit "truck" that they finally brought to the US
unless they make a super cab configuration, i'm not interested. single cabs are unlikely because of some safety regulation.
>>17332934
Who does Ford have left that they either own, or have some reciprical manufacturing relationship with? If there's one with a small pick up, that'll be the new Ranger...
What wheels should i put on my car /o/?
>>17332712
I would keep the stock ones. They are pretty nice tb h
>>17332737
They really are. just want something clean and new.
>>17332750
spiff up the old ones.
I currently own a honda fit and I hate it, but it gets amazing gas mileage,
What's a FUN daily? While not giving up on decent gas mileage? Yuropoor here.
>>17332446
Go for an older Honda. I have a 1991 Civic hatchback and I get 32mpg while still going WOT on the towgay
>>17332446
peugeot 106
except you give up safety, and mileage won't really be that amazing either
>>17332446
If it's an automatic, get a manual.
If it's a manual, boost it
I got an interview at Oriely's coming up in a couple days. Anyone here got tips?
I got fired from a job about a year ago for something stupid I did that was 100% my fault. It was a side job so I didn't put it on my application. Do you think they will ask about it?
I won't offer it and of course I will answer truthfully if they ask directly but if they say something lIke "Do you have customer service experience" or something like that should I just say no?
I've never worked another retail or customer service job, it's all been behind the scenes stuff.
>>17332241
yeah you better watch out. i bet the bar is set pretty high to work at a fucking auto parts store
I dont understand you white people. Why do you insist on working minimum wage jobs that require past experience, often times drug test, etc.
I work construction and get paid 20hr cash. Sure you gotta work harder but fuck a retal job shit.
>>17332288
retail jobs deal with the public so they have to drug test. random strangers aren't going to walk up to you and judge you or your company when you're outside doing construction but in retail customers consider employees the face of the company.
also retail can have easy opportunities depending if you're male and above average intelligence
Reason you have to be male is because women don't do any of the hard work that comes with retail they just do customer service shit like cashier and get promoted to supervisor and shit like that which takes longer than say a smart, young, male working other departments at a grocery store
Is a miata a girls car?
From 1990 to 2006, it was.

So fill it up with the 20 and drive to get the 30, or call a cab.
>>17331827
>>nearest store is a 30 minute drive
You can drive for 30mins without oil, it's no big deal just don't do it all the time
>>17331849
Thanks
I think I'll do that because I really need the car as soon as possible
I think I figured it out.

full disclosure - american living in europe
There's a car on craigslist that I'm set on buying, its just about the perfect example of what I'm looking for. The only problem is that its a manual. I've never driven a manual, I don't even know anyone with a manual that I can learn or practice on.
I dont want to show up and grind gears and stall the engine of a car someone is trying to sell, so is there a simulator or game that I can use just to get the basics of what order to push pedals in and what rpm to get the engine to for what gear?
I know it won't teach how to feel for the clutch, but I have _zero_ knowledge on how to drive stick, so anything is better than nothing.
I guess not.
Go to a local arcade. Also /o/ is a slow board.
>>17331784
Ah, didn't realize that.
>go to an arcade
I think those are rarer than stick shifts.
Is insurance a meme/scam?
>Is protecting my car from women and foreigners a scam?
I dunno, OP. Is it?
it's the law most places
>>17330796
Yes, they're overpriced because of women, thugs, Asians, and retards who shouldn't drive.
But, you don't want to end up like this dumb faggot: >>17325978
Well fun /o/, my 04 CTS-V sprung a leak at the top of the radiator. Luckily it's really easy to get to the car still holds enough coolant to get around town.
What is the best way to temporarily patch the radiator leak? JB Weld? Obviously a replacement will be necessary down the road...
Eh?
None of you fuckers ain't ever fixed a rad leak?
that's gonna cost at least $400
if you have to, overnight parts from Japan
