Umm. No.
>Corolla owner.

Listen to this guy.
As a long time Toyota fan, the '17 Elantra is just much better than the '17 Corolla.
Not even shilling at this point.
>hey, nice mercedes bro
>>17343965
They don't really look anything alike and i don't even like hyundai or kia.
>hey nice generic luxury car bro
>>17343984
of course they do. they have been copying german luxury cars for decades.
Post your car's cockpit.
heres what my cock pit looks like
>>17343586
I'd stroke your cock honestly
Please tell me I'm not the only one here who listens to Jpop while driving.
What does /o/ listen to while driving?
>>17342051
The only Japanese music i listen to is Instrumental Jazz
God I wish that were me
>>17342051
>Jpop
Don't you have any self respect?
Faggotry aside:
Midnight Oil, Tom Petty, Meat Loaf, Dire Straits, Bruce Springsteen, CCR, Fleetwood Mac, Lynyrd Skynyrd, REM, etc.
Nothing original at all but you can't go wrong with classic rock.
Why doesn't Nissan make a cheaper (rear wheel drive) GTS and (rear wheel drive + turbo) GTS-T variations of the cutrent (four wheel drive + turbo) GT-R like they always did in the 90's ??
because the 370z exist
>>17340538
Well just get a 370z or an Infinity coupe if you want that
Why do you think that the GTR is the last vehicle listed on Nissan's website? It's their least sold car, most sales (unfortunately) are from crossovers
>Also implying that the 370Z doesn't exist

Is there going to be a friday pickup this week?
Should I buy a Previa? Toyota reliability, mid-engine, AWD, supercharged and dat 90's A E S T H E T I C..
>>17340050
good luck with maintenance
I really want one but the horror stories I have heard prevent it
they are pretty fucking awesome tho
Sure if you can find the awd supercharged version but be prepared to pay out the ass for one in ok condition. You could get a much better car for the price youd be paying.
>>17340063
I've heard it both ways, it seems the biggest issue is just getting to the engine to work on it. Otherwise plenty of people claim getting 300k+ out of them.
>>17340068
Luckily I'm in the Midwest so I don't have to pay West Coast tax on them. I've been looking for a while and recently came across one for around 2k that seems like it's in decent shape.
Which would you get and why?
ST I like ford
Civic Si = 205hp
Focus ST = 250hp (MP275 kit is warrantied by Ford, so 275hp with that)
HP isn't everything but that's definitely a big enough difference
its a 1.5 liter running 20psi, I don't expect much from it.
>4 door "coupes"
>putting AMG and M badges on bloated crossovers/SUV's/shitboxes
>fake exhaust tips
>fake engine sound through speakers
>numb steering
>designed to be impossible to fix in your garage and as expensive as possible to get serviced
>throw thousands of options at you so they can charge your 1000 dollars for little shit (like a fuel filler cap that says "Porsche" on it)
>no manuals because having fun isn't important and lap times are
>only reliable for the length of your warranty
Why do enthusiasts like German cars?
>>17347479
Rich enthusiast do. most poor or middle class enthusiast probably don;t unless its older german cars that aren't collectible.
>>17347479
>caring or buying about new cars
>>17347479
Your post sounds like a Porsche > BMW/Merc thread at first . Some of the most enthusiast DDs you can buy are Porsches
So I saved up 2k, these are my choices.
The pictures are not the exact cars but close enough in the same colours.
E30 320i manual 4 door with 100,000 miles and a little rust on the inner wing
MK3 Supra Non Turbo manual with 54,000 miles with a front bumper scrape and no rust
Which do I go for?
soopra
>>17346911
supra

7mg or 2jz??
if you dont know ask the nigga
Why do 1/2" drive 10mm impact sockets exist?
>>17346774
What you've never come across a 10mm tightened down by Thor himself?
Seriously though its convenient if your 3/8 10mm is being used on the other side of the bolt.
>>17346774
There are lots more different tools that will have you wondering why they exist until you find you need said tool
>>17346774
What? You have never removed a rusted up bash plate under an old Jap track have you?
Is this a good first car choice?
2009 Fiat Bravo T Jet, turbocharged 1.4l 150bhp
Cheap as fuck because it's Fiat, they're only £2-3k used with 50k miles because used buyers here are brand snobs and will happily fork out £5000 for worn out Golfs with 100k on the clock just for a German badge.
>inb4 get an old bmw
Insurance is prohibitively expensive in the UK, even a Twingo would cost me £2300 a year to insure because I'm only 21.
>>17346577
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>fiat
>150hp turbo
>black
Yeah that's not gonna be much cheaper to insure
>>17346605
I got quotes and it is surprisingly cheap to insure
>Anon, what do you mean you don't like taking a cab?
>>17345981
i didn't say anything of the sort, tiny tits
It means you're probably a trap AND are gay
>>17345981
Soo. is this from Fake Taxi? Asking for a friend.
Sup /o/
So I was gonna change the coolant on my fox body project car today and I take off the radiator cap and see all this hard looking white crap along the inside. Anyone have any idea what it is? Also looking inside the coolant is still pretty green. Not bad for the car sitting for like 10 years.
>>17345804
Probably just vapor building up because of temperature changes
>>17345804
looks like its time for a coolant flush
>>17345819
That's the plan sometime this weekend. I've posted through my progress (it's slow because I can really only have time for it on weekends) and about how I got the car before.
A friend of my uncle had this car sitting in his back yard since he parked it in 2007. He's in his 60s and his knees couldn't take shifting anymore. So he sold it to me and my brother for $100 bucks, and even brought it to my house back in February. We had no idea of what's wrong with it when we got it and mainly just got it for a project for the summer.
