How to remove talcum powder residue from a plastic bumper? Just got a prepainted one in the mail and they put baby powder on it to prevent the paint from sticking to the packing material. After washing it there's still a white smeary residue. I've considered washing it again, then clay bar and polish but if there is an easier way that would be nice

Otherwise, use your detailer spray because it probably has a slight amount of hydrocarbon solvent in it that would beat the surface tension resistance of the talc and allow it to be sucked off by a paper towel.
