Hi Noob mechanic here. I've been working on an xr200 for a while and I accidentally disconnected the break from the clamp that keeps it against the left Fork since then there's been too much tension on the cable and I can't use the break I tried playing around with the adjuster nuts and nothing seems to work please help I want to go riding
It's a drum break if that makes a difference.

Just picked up a used 49cc engine Ecsta Pocket Bike (used for racing). Spent the past hour looking for manuals, since this is my first Pocket Bike. Can anyone direct me to some sort of guide or manual? I know that it takes a 32:1 fuel mixture but other than that, I'm in the dark.

Ok so i have a 2001 pontiac grand am se and it's getting pretty hot where i live now and so i have trouble with my car running too hot and i already had to replace the thermostat box once and i don't want to do it again.
so my question is: would buying a hood with a scoop or vents help with this at all? is there another solution?

idk about the fans but it is pretty old so i thought it might be the filter or whatever is all full of shit so it isnt getting good air flow.
the coolant should be fine because i had a problem with it when my thermostat box melted so i check it pretty regularly and the brand of coolant that is supposed to be standard is orange so i wouldnt know if it looks brown

they're asking for 10k
what's the catch? last owner went over a curb and cracked the oil pan. what they told me on the phone was that they replaced the entire engine from another car with just about 20k miles. they said they have all the paper work and it was nicely done. i'm thinking about heading over and checking it out
i mean from 10k to 25k is 15k. and it's under 20k miles..
would you take the chance?
