What's the best racing game for the PS4?
>graphics and arcade driving
Driveclub
>sim
Assetto Corsa
>overall
wait for Project CARS 2 (1st one is bugged)
Wait for Gran Turismo 7, or buy an Xbox One for Forza.

You have a small cock my dude
>weaving in and out of traffic
>tailgating
>denying merges and lane changes
>road raging
>consistent 60mph in 35
>literally name anything, they do it on a consistent basis
Despite their multiple accidents and tickets they still do it. They even fucking brag about their driving. I'm seriously considering ending a 7+ year friendship with them solely because of their driving. I could literally upload a POV drive of them titled "crazy driver in traffic" and get 200k views. I've lost all faith in traffic policing. My fucking world is upside down.
quit being a pussy lmao

This the /sci/ & /o/ crossover?
>>17497245
/Sci/o/n/
>really enjoy cars
>buy a project
>it ends up being way more work than anticipated
>ends up slowly killing your passion
>but then you actually make some headway
>you can feel the passion returning
>something else goes wrong and you are even further behind than before
I thought restoring something around the condition of pic related would be enjoyable and rewarding. It was not in any way. For all the time and money I have put into this car I could have just went out and bought a finished one and not killed my passion in the process.
Pic unrelated, too embarrassed to even post the TWO disasters I'm working on that I tried to make into one car.
Buy old rusty shell
Cut out rust, weld in some plates, nobody will ever know. if it's trim just cut it off and pretend it wasn't there before, or rivet something else on.
Rattlecan matte black
Powertrain from a modern car
done

I know this feel, I bought a barnfind classic too and it just wasn't worth the effort. I won't touch something I can't drive home.
>>17496989
This is how it starts. You just gotta do this and this and it's ready to roll! That optimism won't last long
>>17496998
Have you built a go kart?
You do this and this and it's ready to roll.
If you have moving parts left that aren't the steering wheel and hood latch you did it wrong. Projects need not be restorations. And you don't need a diff, or a driveshaft, or for the engine to be in the original engine bay, or for the engine and trans to come from a car, and not, say, a bike.
Firstly lets address why /o/ hates crossovers. It seems that even normie car people can even understand the reason why a crossover is a good option for a person to buy. Yeah yeah we all know they are not performance oriented and /o/s obligatory just get a sedan with snow tires or the meme 3k civic. Secondly...what is the hate about? I mean crossovers are good at a lot...nearly everything but performance minus the seldom performance crossover and often rival larger sedans in fuel economy. Lastly which is your favorite crossover. Mine has to be the CRV but a close second would be Honda new Hrv..hell maybe even the cx5.
>>17496749
It's just a larger hatchback
Why get a hrv or crv when a fit is a more logical car to own with better milage too
>>17496889
this is true. The hrv is a bit different segment. I think its honestly better than the fit. I can see the need. I have actually owned both.
>>17496894
>Honda fit
>AWD
heys guys, if /b/ can have /b/ros and /g/ can have /g/entooman, why cant we have aut/o/bots? pic semi related
>>17496752
us aut/o/bots dont need to bump threads. We are brothers in auto.
stop being a nigger
what is the best and most affordable 6 speed transmission out there, tremec 6060?
pic just for your attention
>>17496690
Get that lardass shit out of here
T-56.
Just as good as the T6060 but infinitely more available and cheaper both on the used market and in the high torque capacity and specialized aftermarket.
>>17496690
T56
Have you ever had some /o/-related dreams? If so, share them here.
Last night I had a dream where I walking around and saw a bright yellow R35 GT-R with the front of a Twingo. I thought it was pretty funny looking so I decided to take a picture of it. At this point nobody could care less about the car, but as soon as I pulled out my phone people rushed out to start taking pictures of it/with it. I was telling people to move out of the way so I can get a picture of the car but they wouldn't listen. Then soon after the owner of the car came up and said something which I can't remember, and drove off.
So yeah, that was my dream.
Been a while since the last time it's happened, but I occasionally have a recurring dream of me tackling the curves of a road near me that I drive on frequently. Seems like every time I drive on it afterwards in real life my ability improves too
not even memeing
I have recurring nightmares where my brakes don't work and I rear-end someone at a stoplight who has a really good lawyer.
I have nightmares aboud driving, the most common one is me driving on a cliff road then smashing into the guardrail at full speed and crashing into the lake. I'm not even suicidal
Can someone help me identify this? And does it look like it has bad grounding?
>>17496440
Sure would help if you posted what make and model your car was, retard.
It looks like a starter solenoid.
Thoughts on the fusion?
it's fucking massive in person.
>>17496260
not bad, a bit big for its segment
has a full size spare tire which is nice for road trips. decent interior for the price.
>>17496260
those tires look a bit tiny in comparison to the car
How badly did I mess up buying this? 2013 Ford Fusion SE 1.6.
>>17496188
the facelift looks better
Looks like a fine car, is it hybrid?
1.6 liters on a heavy ass car like that.
lol u will hate ur car in a months time
The area covered by my wipers beads water differently to the area not wiped by the wipers. I have tried several methods of cleaning the glass and it has no effect. How fix?
>>17496184
sometimes a clay bar can help, does the surface of the not-wiped areas feel different?
>>17496191
zero difference, considering acetone next
>stop giving a fuck
Problem solved you autistic fag
How do we make Acura great again?
Electric sport car designed by a female millennial.
Bring back the Integra. No cuck hybrid shit, just a good looking, sporty coupe that handles well.
>the NSX made Acura great!
Imagine an 80's and 90's Acura without the Integra. It's all boring beige metallic semi-luxury Accords and that one supercar that you could ever afford
literally just rebadge a type r civic coupe as an gsr at a reasonable 25-30k price
>In 2-3 years Toyota is going to release a new MR2
Get BTFO Amerifats and Eurocucks
Or we could all just enjoy cars regardless of where they're made?
>>17495726
We can only hope that it won't be the SF-R or some 130 hp shitbox.
If it is a 200 hp, ~2700 lbs. 2 seater, then I will be so fucking happy.
We can only hope though.
they will make it fwd like it was supposed to be
Only buy a 944 if you hate yourself. I'm changing my clutch now, which requires the exhaust from the headers, the torque tube, and the transmission to come out just to get to the bellhousing. Everything is so close together and the bolts are so rusted that everything is breaking.
Basically the same in every other car except saabs so don't beat yourself up too much about it
>>17495688
I mean, I've changed the clutch in quite a few other cars, though they've all been front transmission and not nearly this hard. The rear transmission makes everything shit.
>>17495675
What the hell happened at Porsche design when this thing was on the drafting table?
928 group: We'll put the engine and clutch in front, the transaxle in the rear and connect with a torque tube.
944 group: Me too!
928 group: We'll put a slip coupling in the torque tube so clutch jobs are a cinch.
944 group: We'll make them disassemble the transaxle.
