all it's missing is reply to this post or your mother will die in her sleep tonight

Seatbelt usage laws are ridiculous anyway you look at it, except for the one that mandates manufacturers to install them.

What kind of car would impress a girl like this?
A faggot rice mobile like this
>>17508194
>girl like this
Traps are gay, so is OP, more news at 9.

Why is it's lip shaped as a tooth. Did the artist really just not give enough fucks to put on teeth?
ITT- New cars you think look good
There aren't many to choose from anymore but give it a shot
At least the Koreans are trying
I know it's polarizing, but I like it. Dat ass.
>>17501368
This looks more like a Grand Cherokee than the current Grand Cherokee does
>when
Saturday July 8th, 7AM. I'll wait for stragglers that are reasonably late.
>where
In the parking lot in front of McDick's
23335 Mulholland Dr, Woodland Hills, CA 91364
>bring
A two way radio (walkies are fine), your shitbox/exotic/ehatever, and your balls
>rules
Don't cross the double yellows and drive at a speed you're comfortable at.
>muh CHP
We don't drive fast enough to warrant their attention, and the only time I've seen a cop on this route this early was sleeping in his squad car.
Plan is to hit up Mulholland and Latigo Canyon before the bicyclists and normies wake up, then get breakfast at Neptune's Net. As with all our meets, feel free to leave once you've had your fill of autism.
This again? You fucks are going to get NorCal'd hard this time. Some CHP officers are going to have a real blast on the 8th

How good was the C4 ZR1, Could it turn with few simple mods?
>>17520222
>Could the car 3 seconds faster than a 964 turbo turn?
If it couldn't then i guess 911s before the 993 couldn't turn either.
>>17520237
I don't know much about them aside from having a great engine back in 1991. They seem to be attainable in price
>>17520222
Engine designed by Lotus but that's really the only catch
A base C4 has more potential for (cheaper) mods with its stock LT1, the purpose of buying a C4 ZR1 would be for the novelty. Until GM jumps to the OHC bandwagon, their few OHC cars will never be cheap to mod
How can I cheat car insurance companies to get the cheapest possible?
This retards want to bleed me out 600$ a year for a fucking Miata, are you kidding me?
>>17520125
My FR-S costs me $2500 a year. Calm yourself.
>>17520125
>How can I cheat car insurance companies to get the cheapest possible?
This never ends well.
Insurance companies are the biggest kikes in the world. Try and find a local authorized insurance agent. They tend to be a lot cheaper than just getting a quote online.
>>17520138
>You have to pay money just to be able to drive your car
What the fuck is this kikkery. I am not paying for this crap.
What do you guys not like about your otherwise likeable cars?
Mine:
2017 STI
>LED headlights but halogen fog lights
>literally impossible to shift from first to second smoothly
>possibly the worst paint avaible on any car in the last 200 years
>turn signal blinks too fast for the 3 blink signal assistant to be useful
Still love it though.
>buys shitty Japanese car
>Complains it's shit
>>17519350
>busrider posting on /o/
We need a containment board for these "guys".
1996 f150
>no cup holder
Perfect other than that.
Hey /o/. Normiefag cousin of mine was going to buy a Mazda 3 GT or BMW X1 for $27k. His sell points were adaptive cruise control and blind spot checker.
I talked him out of it because he never goes more than 20 minutes on the highway and the blind spot sensor is just retarded with the 4 months of snow we get here. And a whole host of other reasons.
What's a good car he can get for under 30k? I told him not to buy within 1 year new because muh depreciation and so now I have to take him to places to do some test drives to make sure he's comfortable in what he's getting.
>>17518910
I'm thinking a Lexus ES350 or VW Jetta / Golf. Reliability and whatever.
Can also do a lease takeover on an even better vehicle because he's not sure if he's staying in this city for the next while.
>>17518910
Just let him buy whatever he wants to buy, man.
The Mazda3 GT is a great car. So is the X1.
>>17518910
Used V6 Accord for 20k.
Hey /o/.
I am thinking about buying a 350z at the end of the summer, which is when I'll have enough money for it. I a newfag.
Think it's a good car for a beginner?
Why couldn't you ask here>>17510834
>>17518304
I didn't notice that thread. Here's an ass to increase the quality of my thread. No way the other guy can compete with me now!
>>17518312
How much will you have by end of summer? Consider insurance will be expensive and tires will be used up quick
With the new Camaro ZL1 being one of the fastest cars production cars on the planet, do you think Chevy will return the Camaro to 24 Le Mans?
no since its slower than the corvette which is slower than the Ford GT
>>17518064
Absolutely. The only reason they lost was just bad luck this year. GM will come in 1 2 3 next year.
>>17518118
>this delusional
GM will get hit hard by the BOP next year, it will be a Ford year again

I want to get a dualsport that I can take touring. I love going on 10 hour rides, and want to be able to hit the trails or bike through industrial areas that I find.
All my life, my dad talked constant shit about Jap vehicles, saying that they stop supplying replacement parts after a few years, so it's hard to do any maintenance on them cheaply. Obviously this isn't true, but is there any truth to this?
What bike would you suggest for light adventuring? 650l? Something KTM?
Been driving for 3 years and just got my first speeding ticket, 70 dollars.
>wtf im an ancap now
>cop was actually pretty cool and didn't double charge me b/c construction zone
/o/, please recommend me a decent police scanner
>>17515809
waze + situational awareness.
police scanner isn't going to help you, quit speeding

just got license today, thinking of getting an FC
do they really break that frequently? eg. will it be too much of a hassle?
>inb4 "a terrible first car"
note: I am willing to do some work on car, I don't expect to have a perfectly functioning 25+ year old car all the time, and I do have moderate knowledge about cars
Do you have access to a second car?
>>17514934
LOL yes- is it that likely to have major problems?
>>17514928
DO NOT buy any rotary.
I'm going to be painting my truck soon and I'm going to be using urethane paint. Does it matter Much what kind of primer I use. I don't see much point to buying expensive urethane primer when primers main purpose is just so the paint will stick and to smooth out scratches. Picture unrelated, I'm driving and all I have is what's on my phone.
Bump. Really curious about this. Not doing primer on the old truck just some spots and the hood. For some reason the hood has tiny star-shaped cracks. I'm just going to send the paint down that's still good.
bump for crotches.
>>17514634
Yes it matters, buy the primer listed on the spec sheet for your paint.
