Hang out your shingle. Market yourself as "mobile diagnostics", get soime beater work truck or SUV, put your tools in the back.
Does it bother any of you that Ford made this considering it was a huge marketing deal after Vanguard acquired majority shareholder of both Ford and Hasbro?
No because Chevy made that Hot Wheels edition of the Camaro. Not the first time a company has done this.
why would this bother me

I Was driving to work when I noticed this nonesence, like they didn't had enough space in the van so they had to make a additional platform with lights and license plate just for 1 bag?
Not like they could strap it on the roof or something

Hello /o/, I'm not a regular around this board but I am a car guy. I'll be needing a car from the beginning of september to go to college/work to a nearby town and I'm not familiar with the world of cheap used cars. I've had my license for several years now, if it matters.
I'm looking for a fun and reliable small to mid-sized car that can take me from point A to point B. It doesn't necessarily have to be fast since gas is expensive as hell for me at the moment. Think Seat Leon, VW Golf/Polo, Ford Focus/Fiesta, Hundai Accent/Coupe, a Honda, or other small, cheap and fun cars you can come up with, hatchback or not. I have zero intention of doing any mods to the car beyond a new radio for the music, or something absolutely necessary.
Make: any available in Europe (specifically Spain). Preferably not Citroën.
Model: any
Year: any
Details: It HAS to be a diesel. Either 2 or 4 door is fine, manual transmission, not too big. The more fun it is to drive, the better.
Mileage: it's going to be high for sure, but as long as the car holds, I'll take it. I'm not an agressive driver.
Condition: it needs to last as a daily driver for a minimum of 2 years (daily commute is 2 trips of 50km)
Budget: anything up to 3500 euros
I'll take any help I can get. Thanks in advance.

are the 2003 models any good?
I'm going to be rebuilding my truck's NV1500 transmission. I've replaced clutches and shifters before so I'm not concerned about removing or installing it, but I've never done actual transmission work before.
Give me some tips so I don't screw it up.

Why aren't there any new mid-engined/rear 4door sedans produced for the public?
>2008 Peugeot RC Concept
>>17517091
The Model S is technically rear "engined"
Bad utilization of space and technical drawbacks. The engine doesn't need as much room as it gets in the rear, and the front isn't large enough for a satisfying luggage area. Also you'd have to find an unorthodox solution for the engine cooling, and it's incredibly hard to tune a rear engined car for safe, enjoyable handling. Porsche have been at it for over 50 years.
>>17517103
isn't it ALL WHEEL ENGINED?
I have 1999 BMW 323Ci with M52 2.5 liter straight six with 180k miles on it. Whats the best oil to use for it? I went for cheapest 10w-40.
