It's best in class and limited edition.
It's twice the price base (£26295) I'd pay for a nearly-new Fiesta ST in the spec I'd want.
Coming into some money and want something half practical / new, rather than used.

>26 thousand bongs
You could probably get an '16 FK2 for that.
I bought a 94 gt a few months back, been thinking about straight piping it. But I've read that I can actually lose power doing it, is that true? Don't have to worry about passing emissions since the car is pre 96, so not worried about that.

Pros:
Sounds amazing with i4/i6/v8/v10
Possible hp gain if factory exhaust is really restrictive
Cons:
Cops may stop you for it (never happened to me)
Might drone on the highway
No you will not lose any, but have you heard a straight piped car irl they are insanely loud. Not to be a grandma but my buddy literally got evicted because he had a sp'd bimmer

Shaming anyone who wipes out on the track, and circlejerks about good or bad drivers. It just makes people not want to drive and it's elitist.

My first car was a Protege 5 (American name of the Yellow one in the video) in manual and damn that was a fun car. I still love it. Mine didn't have abs though and cheap tires and rain and shitty drivers in front of you and lack of experience are a really bad combination.

The large, boxy panniers have strapping points so you can stack stuff on top as well as gaining the extra capacity the boxes themselves give.

That thread comes later.
For now, we need to decide what song to use. Dancing, Deja Vu, Running in the 90s, Gas Gas Gas (featuring /pol/), Back on the Rocks, and maybe some other ones I don't know about are already done. What about Wings of Fire or I Need Your Love?

LIMOUSINE
VOTE FOR LIMOUSINE!!!
There have been many times where I notice the engine is more powerful and responsive than when I last drove it. The most frequent scenario is immediately after filling up the gas tank.

You feel good, so you perceive what you did as yielding favorable results.
Perhaps you have a weak fuel pump.
>The Dodge Viper is weeks away from ceasing production for good, and fans are determined to see it go out with a bang.
>That’s why 378 of them banded together to provide funds for one final assault on the Nürburgring. The funds were required to ship two 2017 Dodge Viper ACRs to the German track plus pay for its use and various other expenses
>Tasked with doing the driving in this latest attempt is German racing duo Dominik Farnbacher and Luca Stolz. Both know the Nürburgring intimately. Farnbacher was the driver of the Viper ACR that set the record in 2011, while Stolz regularly races at the ‘Ring. They’ve been practicing with the latest Viper ACR since July 19.
>practicing with the latest Viper ACR since July 19
What's taking them so long?
When you're going to push a 645 hp car that hard you need to kno every little thing about it.
Look at the gtr that did a backflip at the ring. That comes from not knowing the cars limits
No more Vipers ever?
>>17604944
It's already set lap records on 13 other tracks. If it had a flaw like that they would know about it by now. Also it's a production car so it's not as aggressive as that GTR race car.

Sell the car and buy a turbo busa.
Drive on a day where there's a tailwind.
Let's make it preferably in this car, I'm ballin on a shot budget
First things first, I live in Colorado so I want a kickass AWD turbocharged beast that will tear mountain roads to shreds. After doing a bit of homework, I have come to two obvious choices: the Mitsubishi EVO and the Subaru WRX STI
Now I can state at specs all day, but I want to hear from people who have driven one (or both) and can give insightful opinions on which one is the better buy.
Obviously, on a track the EVO has a definite edge. It is l, however more expensive. I am leaning toward the STI unless someone can tell me why the EVO is worth the extra cash.
I would also like any recommendations for other cars I may have overlooked. (Like the Focus RS)
Throw Golf R in as well.
Test drive them and see what one you like best.
You'll only get fanboi answers on here.
T: STi owner
>>17604583
I would throw the Golf in as well but I'm pretty upset at the fact that they designed software to trick emissions tests in their diesel engines. I don't want to support a company culture that promotes fraud. That being said, I have seen amazing things about the Golf R, and I would definitely consider it under different circumstances.
How do you like your STI? Have you ever taken it offroading?
I'm on 4chan because I live in a tiny town and I don't have the luxury of going to a bunch of different dealers.
>>17604527
OK, how's this:
The WRX is impreza based. Now, subaru by and large knows what they're doing when it comes to cars, and the impreza is no exception. It's average to above average in regards to comfy, material quality, engineering, etc. So the performance version is still a nice and comfy usable DD.
The base lancer however, is a piece of shit. It has shitty plastic, shitty reliability, shitty design, all a result of japanese corporate cost-cutting. The performance version retains the shit, and as such it's much less of a good all-around DD and more of a track weapon.
For a DD, the STI is much better.
Sup /o/. I'm moving to the Minnesota for 6 years on an H1B visa and I'll need a car. I have no idea of what the models there are like, so I thought I'd ask you guys some suggestions. I currently drive a MultiJet Giulietta. I know it's snowy there so the car needs to fit some parameters:
>fun wheel drive
>under 10k
>over 200hp
>can be a sedan or a coupe, I don't mind either
>good resistance to corrosion
Have this pic of this qt as a token of my gratitude.
>>17604053
>H1B
FUCK OFF WE'RE FULL
Keep in mind in the US you'll have to get an evaluation to get an elevated license to drive a manual transmission. So unless you want to deal with that be open to autos. Maybe if you have prior military service they might take that as proof of competency instead.
>>17604053
No car can resist the corrosion from the amount of snow we get in minnesota. Unless you're going to wash the car weekly through the winter plan on it rotting in less than 6 years. Something like a pontiac grand am or ford focus will do you well. Or an older truck. Don't get attached to it.
