Hey /o/, /r9k/ here. If I were looking for a car that would get me laid, what would be my best bet? In short, what car do women find absolutely irresistible? Bonus points for affordable.
>>17614082
Are you planning to fuck said women with your car?
Just be yourself and you'll get laid.
Chicks don't care about cars
>>17614082
You're asking the wrong question, most women don't give a shit about cars unless you use it as a symbol of wealth.
Don't fall for the miata meme either, girls will call your car cute, but at the same time they'll know you as the gay asian barber from the local Chinatown.
Are Hondas really this cool?
>>17614034
Yes, those LMP1 Acuras were fast as a motherfucker and it would've been great had they won le mans. i wish Acura/Honda would return with something like it. it had a indyCar V8 modified for endurance racing and it killed it in IMSA winning two manufacturer titles and a European Le mans championship. just never won le mans itself.
>manucafter
???
Dodge made the Viper for over 20 years, set numerous lap records yet that doesn't define Dodge. Just because they can make an occasional snowflake car doesn't mean they're cool all of a sudden.

How the fuck is that sad? Give the man a Darwin award.

Why not both?

I personally dont like the idea of spewing soot on peoples houses and cars etc. this whole fad is like those big stupid loud stereos niggers put in their cars to drive around at 2 am. I hold myself to a higher standard.
So this is the best Germany can offer huh?
who cares if richfags slurp it up?
I like it desu.
>>17613532
>Germany
Small isn't small anymore.
How is it that car insurance companies are allowed to straight up discriminate amd get away with it? Insurance companies being able to say
> You're young so we'll charge you a lot more because you're a higher risk
Is no different than a health insurance company saying
> Oh you're black? We're going to charge you more because black people are more violent and get hurt more often
Now I understand private companies get to set their own rules. But csr insurance is MANDATED so it's not fair that companies can over charge the fuck out of young people just because some young people are retarded.
Has anyone ever questioned this? Or has everyone just sort of accepted it?
It's simple, really. You start out at a certain baseline, just like everyone else. Over time you either prove you're a good driver, causing your rates to drop (no-claim bonus and such) or prove you're a shit driver, causing your rates to go up (accidents, tickets, etc).
>>17612659
Insurance does already discriminate based on race.
>>17612659
It's like when you're a new employee the pay is shit but as time goes on you prove your worth as an employee and you get promoted
After the death of Peugeot Sport, Audi Sport,, Pescarolo Sport, Rebellion, Aston Martin, Patrón Highcroft Racing (Honda), Intersport Racing, Creation Autosportif, Racing for Holland, Zytek Engineering, Courage Compétition, and Lister Storm Racing's LMP1 teams finally comes Porsche.
Its over. If you didn't attend LeMans this year or before you have officially missed your chance to see LeMans as it was intended.

Ford can finally get an overall win and actually have a legitimate win under their belt that doesn't involve the Brits at Lola
Meanwhile, the sole Toyota will still breakdown.
>prototype non-production race cars
>not road legal
nothing of value lost, I'd rather see fat spergs race each other in Tundras at the burgerking.
>toyota will still manage to spill their spaghetti
Should I give into the cheap porsche meme? I've seen a few cheap 944 but will it just be a money pit in the end. All the good ones are NA and I want to build on it but could I just hold out a little longer and find a better turbo/S chassis.
>pic related
>>17612385
Turbos are the only 944 that's worthwhile. The rest are shit and not worth the expense of owning.
944s are massive potential moneypits, a sorted NA will cost you at least 5k. Anything cheaper, assume it's fucked and needs at least the difference in repairs, if not more.
Save up a few thousand more for a Boxster, those are much more reliable and easier to work on than you might expect.
>>17612402
would the power steering being rekt and the cooling fan be a problem too be worth the 1k-1.5k I could haggle for this car
Post Volvos
Pic related: I want her
>>17612327
>6k
That's like 4-5k overpriced
>>17612336
Not if it's mint or turbo, dogfucker
>>17612343
Even if mint.
Those cars aren't worth that much
seems a bit like it.
I mean even the plebs have enough of the same shit after a while
Maybe.
NO.
What was the fastest you have ever driven?
>>17611875
3k civic with some mods like 3' exhaust
250 km/h on a CBR, shits cash.
i went 1mph over the speed limit once
it was such a rush
Why does pic related go around the Burger King faster than any super car while making less horsepower, weighing more, and costing less?
Living proof that impractical sports cars are a giant waste of money lol
FIX
IT
They got a lunatic to drive it.
When was the "Golden Age" of American cars?
Were they ever particularly good?
Was there ever an era when they outstripped their competitors?
Never, really.
Their golden age was in the 50s though.
>>17611792
Average American cars were ahead of Europeans technologically in the 50s especially the British. Britcucks were running around in Anglias with 1200cc sidevalves while Amerifats had cars with OHV 5L+ V8s with 10:1 compression and 4 speed Automatics
>>17611739
The 70s
Which is why they're still obsessed with trying to recreate it.
Daily reminder that gm has never made a more powerful forced induction production v8 than the 5.8L supercharged V8 in the Ford Shelby GT500.
>>17611718
Why do you retards compare naturally aspirated engines to turbod and supercharged engines? It's apples and oranges
You also disregard everything else that gives the car more potential for more power such as intakes, exhausts, tunes, headers and tons of other things
>>17611718
Reminder that Ford deliberately use an uneven length exhaust header on their flat-plane crank V8 so it sounds like a redneck truck motor and not a Ferrari.
