So it looks like the new Supra is going to be using BMWs B58 engine (an extension of the N54/N55 already being used in a million models) AND their ZF 8 speed transmission. So just like every other fucking BMW using this power train, you can expect between 330-370 hp/torque at the wheels depending on how you tune it (can probably come close to 500 fairly easily)
Anyways, is anyone else pissed? It's not a new car in any way, shape, or form. It's literally a 135i, m235i, m240i, 335i, etc.... in just a different shell

How do I get into servicing my car myself?
I've done a few things to my car, like topping up the oil, changing spark plugs and coil packs. But I want to do more, like coolant and oil flushes and replacing my fuel filter. (have a feeling it's never been done of my car)

Get a workshop manual in or one of those Haynes ones which indicate how hard a job is.
Start small, get stuck in.
5 months ago I struggled changing a bulb and did my first oil change, just finished rebuilding the entire front suspension and did a head gasket change.

I'm going to be trading my SW20 for somehing with back seats soon, and have recently been spying the G35 Coupe.
I've driven a few already, I like the exterior looks and the interior. Mostly I like the way it drives too, except that it's so fucking heavy. I can't dive into corners nearly as hard as in my SW20.
Is there anything comparable that's lighter than the G?? Gotta be stick shift, and nothing german please.

Having seats in the back means you'll have to let your mates ride in the car with you everytime you go out.
