Don't ask how I conducted my research...
reminder that whites are being bred out of existence. and rightfully so. historians will view blacks, like myself, as brave for ending the racism whites have put the world through
So I got a weird problem? Horn does not sound only when pressed inside. If I hit "lock" twice on the key fob, horn chirps, if I hit "panic" horn beeps, but when I press on the horn button on the steering wheel, nothing happens. The horn relay is fine, press on the center of the wheel, relay goes click. What could be causing my problem? Horn is a crappy aftermarket one from Autozone, all the wiring looks ok. Car is a 2008 Mazda 3 hatch.
>>17741456
do you have steering wheel radio controls or cruise control buttons on the steering wheel?
Yes, both, and they work just fine
>>17741517
Infection yet? That sounds dangerous... do you have any advice for me and my horn?
This is a pioneer car radio, how do I remove this fucker
claw hammer
>>17741052
pull the face plate off of the console. There should be screws holding the frame to the console, then you remove the unit from the frame
>>17741063
The face plate being the plastic thing the radio plugs in to? Any suggestions?

>>17740814
I'm not sure what you're trying to convey here.
in 86, RWD became the standard trim, 4WD was a step up.
Your bronco could either be 2WD or 4WD.
>>17740849
No, every Bronco 2 was made 4WD
>>17740936
>Being this stupid
Look it up. 2WD was standard equipment in 86 and on.
I've been looking a crate engines recently. Any good cheap suppliers? Im in America and "LS" is a very broad term. From 6000 to 1500. I've been looking at the 350/290 SBC. Thoughts?
>>17740772
290? Don't even bother with that shit. 350s have a lot of potential and are easy to work on. They're also a good bit cheaper than an LS
I did 350/290 in my 1976 Monte Carlo instantly wanted more power don't even mess around get something bigger
>>17740839
Any recommendations? Im retarded when it comes to what to choose.

I have NEVER driven a car that is not fun on a twisty canyon road. Any car, even the shittiest shitboxes and blandest economy cars are fun through twisties.
How do car enthusiasts in the midwest stand it?
I imagine driving on a flat, straight line your whole life would get pretty awful eventually, no matter how fast your car is.
>>17740446
Life isn't an anime cartoon kid. Driving fast on twisted roads is very stressful. Straight line and ovals is way more funner.
>>17740459
It's not stressful if you're confident in your driving ability.
Obviously I don't drift through narrow mountain roads like a retarded weeaboo, but just driving through a twisty road fairly quickly is tons of fun.
I don't really understand. You're saying any car is fine on "twistys" then criticize what the Midwest people drive. This is a geographical criticism not an Automotive criticism.

What can /o/ tell me about the VW Phaeton?
I found one being sold in a used cars website and was wondering about it.
It's a 2005 version with 3.0 tdi engine. It has 190k km and costs 7k euro.
Im guessing you won't recomment it but I just had to ask since it looks slick.
So how reliable is it? Will maintenance cost much if its in a good shape and I keep it in a good shape if I buy it?
How much km does it usually go to? is 190k too high?
Should I just get a passat instead?
link if you wanna see the one im talking about:

Hey /o/, I am not from around here. I had a question for y'all. A family member wrecked her ford escape, and they're gonna take the insurance settlement.
However, it looks like we can buy back the wreck. How much do you think it would cost to salvage this? From my understanding the engine still runs good, and it turns on, and can drive off the lot.. for short distances.
Should I make this my project car?
frame will be bent af, don't buy
probably frame damage, and why bother finding salvage insurance for a Ford escape, nothing good about it
Its going to cost more than it'll be worth, you'll require A LOT of specialist tools, chances are it won't ever really be straight or safe again in a crash, and getting all the missing parts & sensors will be a pain in the ass
Get something simpler from the 70's or 80's if you want a project
Hi guys, I made this fun points chart. Most goals are 1pt (to make point earning could competitive) some are more than 1pt and some are even negative .
Points are cumulative (i.e if u have 500hp you get points for all the lower achievements) suggestions are welcome, I'll implement them next time. Bonus point for story about one of the achievements. Another bonus point for your car pic
I got 17 points myself.
14 points
i might be simple, but if i have 3+ bikes, do i get points for "have 1 bike" " have 2 bikes" so in total i'd get 3 points?
pic not related
>>17740163
Yeah. You get all the points (3 in total)
