Greetings /o/ I visit occasionally but am nowhere near /o/tist tier knowledge. So I've had this issue for a while but, recently the AC in my vehicle has stopped working completely. It hasn't been that much of a problem since it's summer so I can just open open my windows but I'd like to fix it before autumn in case it actually gets cold here. So to describe what happens is I'll turn on my AC and it makes some noise like it's trying to run but absolutely no air leaves vents no matter the strength I set the fan to.
My vehicle is a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JKU Sahara. Pic is the same model and everything.
Does it blow air on regular vents.
>>17770446
Nothing at all, no matter the setting.
>>17770480
Then it's not the AC. It's the HVAC system in general. Might be the blower that's out. The little noise you hear might be the flap that directs air to the feet, face or windshield. Probably pretty costly, it's a simple system but really jammed in there.
I need a sub that will push 2 12's to their full potential i have now gone though 3 candy ass amps
I meant amp**
this would be a lot easier if you told us what kind of subs you have so we'd know what power range to suggest

I don't care how fast it is its ugly

I will never have the 2 minutes my life back that that song stole from me.

it was good except for the racemixing.
how to distinguish v6 from v8 muscle cars bros?
camaro: latest gen has vertical front lights with ss badges on both front and rear
mustang: gt badge on the rear and 5.0 on the side
challenger: either a bee/392/hellcat badges on the side
do bros have any other "little" details to set apart a v8? whether it be badges/body configurations/exterior add ons etc
hardmode: how to spot a manual with out looking into the windshield?
thankx
Tailpipes are usually a giveaway, V8 models usually have larger and rifled pipes.
Sometimes by sound. But you do have to train your ears in order to know the difference
>>17770185
No you don't... You can blind test 100's of people and they'll know the difference. It's a night and day difference.
It just looks like any other boring sedan now.
Whatever happened to giving cars a unique look?
>>17770163
Safety standards for one
>>17770163
If people wan't a unique look they'll modify it themselves.
I feel the same way about the Mustang. Looks like a bland BMW now.

when you're right you're right.
Didn't touched a car for 2-3 years (right after getting the license). Today I grabbed an old Focus with somebody on the passenger seat guiding me. It took me around 10 minutes to get accustomed to the Clutch-Accelerator touch. Meanwhile, the guide was yelling at me. "That's not an economic driving! Are you insane? Oh my god, you are going to burn the car..." After that, I had to understand the gearshift. I thought I was using it corectly, but the guide was like "Don't you realize that you're forcing it? Don't you notice that subtle sound?" the whole time.
I've never felt more stupid in my whole life. And somebody screaming in my ear only made me feel more nervous. But magically, as soon as he stopped screaming, my ability increased and it all went perfectly soft.

sounds like the person instructing you was a huge cunt.
your problems are understandable, most young adults in my city go through something like that because cars are an expensive luxury if you're not dependent on them.
Instructor was a retard and people like him are why traffic lights back up
>wew gotta accelerate economically and be kind to the car
>*carbon builds up*
>*grid lock*
Rev to your heart's content.
>tfw never an economic driving

I don't really get why the clutch is pause. To me it would make more sense have the next or previous (or both) track symbol.
>>17769799
I feel like that would be more appropriate on the shifter. I suppose renault thought the same because typically when you're shifting there's a pause when you push in the clutch.
>>17769799
puts it in neutral. neutral = pause i guess
get a used merceds s class or a bmw?
>$1500 s class

are new car buyers ( 1 percenters excluded ) the biggest losers / suckers / cucks on the planet ?
>>17769594
You're more-so paying for the peace of mind that the vehicle hasn't been fucked with.
nope
biggest losers are the people in ancient cheap shitboxes talking shit about those who can afford a new car
biggest cucks are the people who buy old cars after theyve been used by multiple people and thousands of miles
biggest suckers are the ones who believe this is better than buying a new car
>>17769606
And after 5 years the 11000 car is worth close to zero. Everything depriciates. The eternal entropy.
any fun beemers come out this year?
M5?
>>17769534
a fun bmw hasn't come out since 2008
Some figures:
0-62 mph in 3.2 seconds including two gear shifts (2nd tops out at ~59 mph)
0-124 mph in ~14 seconds
1/4 mile in low 11
The car in question is an STI, what would you guess bhp/whp numbers are?
~600 bhp?
>>17769441
Seconding this.
>>17769436
closer to 500 I think
I need to relocate my battery to my trunk, For a couple reasons.
1. The new CIA rubs on it
2. Because of how many things I have using the battery it keeps dying (mostly during winter). I've gone though two brand new batteries because of this
I've finally just decided to get a bigger battery with more CCA, But the one I bought doesn't fit, Even if I bought a bigger tray.
So I'm going to put the battery in the trunk
Here is my questions...
1. How would you suggest I attach the supplied pos wire to my existing pos terminal wire?
2. What would I do with the existing neg terminal wire? Just wire it to the frame then put a new negative in the trunk on a good ground?
>>17769414
>Because of how many things I have using the battery it keeps dying
upgrade your damn alternator
>>17769426
I've thought of that, I cannot find a high output alternator for my car.
I can get replacements, But not high outputs
>>17769414
>cold air intake
kys. you didn't gain any power and probably killed some.
Acura NSX for me.
Got to be the Bedford Rascal for me
sorry you started off on the wrong note. i'd buy this over a 911 turbo just because it's new and fresh. also it reportedly will ramp up driving like an Accord to a Ferrari just by going faster and faster, that's a winner in my book.
Anyways, sticking to the prompt, I'd drive a Porsche Cayenne Turbo because it's the best SUV you can buy.
>>17769374
I have an odd love for the Volvo 240
just look at this thing
do you guys own any /o/ related clothes? or maybe you don't want to reveal your power level
>>17769334
Why is the o an alternator
I have one of these
literally never had a Mustang in my life but I dont turn down free things under most circumstances
its a normie as fuck car so no one cares
only problem is people think I give a shit about their 2005 Mustang with chrome vents and Flowmaster exhaust
>>17769695
Thats an intercooler...
