How likely do you think a Lotus dealer in a small town is to let a broke scruffy looking twenty-something take a test drive?
you're not interested in buying the car so why should they take you seriously
Are you broke or do you just look broke? If you are actually broke, almost no chance.

>And that distinctive green color was all Vince, as well. Interesting that the Pontiac Aztek was voted as the one of the worst cars made. [It] kinda made Mr. White look somewhat pathetic. [But] Aztek owners tend to be very protective of their vehicles, and this just goes to show you that Vince shares the same view of the majority of those taking the aforementioned polls.”
the aztek also had a self leveling system which made it convenient for filming but that is a side reason

Hey /o/
Poorfag student here to vent
I fucking hate my car
It's got a vacuum line leak somewhere, maybe, and the turbo refuses to spool properly so it has fuck all power
It's a diesel FWD wagon and I want to die every time I drive it
I'm not even using the space properly
But I can't afford to replace it or insure anything else so I'm stuck
Going to try and find the problem but in the mean time I keep watching semi trucks and hoping they'll crush me and I can get a new car
Good blog anon, just go fix the vacuum line.
Sage
>be me; riding at 50km/h with the cagers alongside me
>me and cagers run on a diesel spill
>cagers go on driving and swiping Tinder while driving as if nothing happened while i slipped and skidded for 20 metres
>while I was skidding i was shitting and crying
after the accident i removed the helmet and shouted "fuck the normals" so loud I gave myself tinnitus

lol, you deserved to be killed be being a bikefag.
What do you think of the E87?
It seems like one of the more enjoyable compact cars around, but I don't see it recommended very often, compared to old vag cars.
I thought the E82 was cute.
BMWs look odd with no boot.
Is anyone else addicted to watching videos of people making poor choices as drivers?
>>17732452
kind of... i guess there is some sort of educational purpose to it, at least that's what i'm telling myself.
I've been a subscriber to this channel since it began a couple years ago and aside from the hilarious bullshit, shocking carnage and the worry of seeing someone possibly die I'd also like to think that watching every single one of these videos has made me a better driver. I've seen so many ways that shit can go sideways from these videos, or how you should always pay attention to everyone on the road because you never know what kind of crap they might try and pull. I've since bought a dashcam and I'd like to think it has made me a far more responsible driver.

They should feature these videos when you have to take a drivers test. You have to write a detailed explanation for each accident and how they could have been avoided. 90% of the damn population would probably still do this same shit right after the test though.
im in a rut here should i buy a weekend car and mod it up real nice over the course of my life or buy a reliable car and mod it as well. if i go with the weekend car route i would buy my dads vovlo 2004 s40 auto and daily drive that
It really depends on your financial standing OP mods don't necessarily increase reliability especially if done incorrectly with that in mind if you don't know how to do something I'd recommend a shop installing it for you which can get very pricey
Also if your planning on taking it to the track I would have some sort of back up beater in case you hit the wall or something like that so you atleast have a (somewhat) reliable car to get you to work so your not a bus rider until your car is fixed
drive that bitch.. i dd a xj jeep and when its not raining i drive my fox. but when i get tired of those ill put my cavalier or camaro or w/e the hell i got on the road. i can just barely afford 2 cars on the road at once. including insurance and general maintenance
Hey!
Just quit trucking and have a bunch of money.
I want to drive across the country on my own terms, but only one way.
I live in Florida thinking bi can do to the west coast and rent a car ONE WAY back home.
Anybody ever rent a car one way? This is my last chance to travel with no time line so any advice would be helpful.
>>17732201
You can definitely rent a car one-way. You just gotta make sure that you have a car from a rental company that has an office at your destination. Of course there are some places who will refuse usually because they have so few cars at the time or if they manager of the branch has it against policy for one-way trips.
Source: I've rented one-way a couple of times before.
Quick question, I want to use pic related to remove some scratches and swirlies on my cars paint with a power drill. I know I won't get pro results, just want to remove some and make it less noticeable. Would I use the jagged pad or the flat one for the scratch compound?
>>17731557
Swirls over a larger area won't come out very well with a drill, you'll likely make it worse. Small scratches would be okay with a drill.
You can get a cheap DA polisher off eBay that is unlikely to fuck your paint and will allow you to do a good job or the swirls.
I would use a flat pad, the softest you can get and grab something mid range like Meguiar's scratch X to start if you're intent on using a drill. If the scratches are really deep then move to Meguiar's ultimate, but only after you have tried scratch X.
Whatever you do don't get a rotary polisher if you don't know what you're doing.
I would highly recommend getting a DA or random orbital polisher instead of using a drill. You'll save time and have less chance of screwing your paint

Hmm alright good tips, was always interested in getting a DA polisher. I do have meguiars scratch X, so I'll be using that. Thanks for the help anon.
Since my external hard died I need help. Does anyone know a site where I can download old F1 official (poster) wallpapers (the ones you could download from the old F1 site like the one on the picture)? I think earliest year was 2007 (and of course later years as well, even up to current if possible). Yeah, I know I could probably get some from web archive but I'm kinda lazy to do it now. So any info would be appreciated.
>>17729840
This page has a shitton of motorsport wallpapers, including all the F1 wallpapers
http://www.progcovers.com/motor/index.html
Some of the early ones are pretty fucking wierd
>mfw there is a small version of the wallpaper on the wallpaper itself
>>17729987
Hory shet. I didn't know about this site. Thanks a million anon.
Looking to possibly get a free full VIN report. I've already tried every free website I could find. I know the basic stuff like it's not stolen and not a salvage title. research.com and driveinformed.com don't work because this is for a motorcycle.
Any help is appreciated.
VIN: JH2RC44063M702294
i need some help too! vin threads aren't really out and about as they used to be i guess

So I muffler deleted my car without a fabbed straight pipe, And now my exhaust ends around the b pillar. Will I have a problem with c02 seeping into my cabin?
>>17726232
Potentially yes, I had an old Buick park avenue ultra that was straight piped like yours, leaked like a mofo and you would get dizzy if you drove it for too long. Had to go back and make it longer and actually add decent looking tips. Just depends on how well it's sealed, probably a good idea to just do it properly
>>17726244
But OP's vehicle is brand new and presumably won't have the same exhaust leak?
