I think it's disgusting to let the lower part of your ass hang out.
That's fine, I don't want my dick to fall off from disease.
I don't want ass stains in my iQ.

Good news is i got the camaro back together and it no longer leaks oil! (Still burns some but im picking my battles).
....but now the new water pump is puking water out of the left gasket... i threw in the towel and took it to a shop for them to deal with it (and to check my work while they have everything pulled off again).
I told my coworker to check the oil while i filled it up... he proceeded to rip the stick tube from the block... stuck it back in with a healthy glob of permatex and hope it doesnt cause any problems.
Part of me never wants to deal with this PoS again... the other part wants to keep it out of pure stubborness and spite.

What does /o/ think of this fucking monstrosity? Looks legit retarded and will probably cause more congestion than just having a few stop lights.
>Not building clovers

On first glance it seems really intelligent because each traffic light only has two sequences anymore and everything else being merges or yields.
However you could've just as well built two roundabouts, or even a single big one if you need to build two bridges anyway.
>>17787291
too complex when a roundabout achieves the same fucking objectives

Why do the Axis powers still build cooler cars than the Allies?
They have to make up the humiliation of Losing a World War
>>17786657
The philosophy of the countries towards design and manufacturing have not changed.
Japan likes to make things lighter to maximize power to weight, and to use as few resources as possible
Germany prefers quality over quantity to an extreme degree, and will seek novel solutions to problems they (sometimes) create for themselves
Italy prefers style over reliability and will build things with a typical flair
The US and UK, on the other hand, build things that work, to a degree, but build them in such large quantities that they massively outnumber their opponents.
Comfort makes lazy, and the allies were comfortable winners. There was no need for them to improve. Meanwhile the axis had to come back from devestation, and they overtook the allies in the process.
who /4spd/ with overdrive here?

Sup /o/, I have a dilemna over my next car:
First important thing I need to mention is that I'm living in Qatar, so the choices on the market are not the same as the US or the Europe (you won't find any Civic type-R, Genesis coupe or Focus RS for instance), plus the second hand market is absolutely pitiful for sports cars, so a brand new one is mandatory.
Basically I need a daily driver that can also do trackdays, shouldn't be FWD (so no Veloster turbo), should be MT (so no 370Z, only available as AT) and should have some manner of practicality (so no Miata).
Which, leaves only the BRZ in the affordable new car range, which would be the end of that if the Subaru dealership didn't offer a nice price cut on its last 2016 WRX STi.
The jump looks very tempteing to be honest, even it it's a 12k jump, since the WRX Sti has much more...car; more space, more equipement, AWD, more power and boost.
Yet obviously the BRZ is the driver's choice and would actually work as a daily, but its practicality might be an issue (I don't know if would even fit a standard size suitcase).
Then there's the trackday matter, the Losail race circuit looks a bit too big for the BRZ whereas the WRX would have all the space in the world to stretch its legs.
So in the end, both have pros over the other: the practicality and track potential (relative to the STi) of the BRZ worries me, while I'm not sure about the STi's punishing ride and less pure driving experience, aside from the steep price hike.
Thoughts? How are those cars to live with?
>>17786342
just get a mustang gt.
>>17786363
17k more expensive than the STi, even the Ecoboost one is 4k more expensive.
Also I don't dig the styling.
>>17786342
I'm having the same dilemma. Honestly the only thing you can do is test drive both and pick the better experience.
Hypothetically what do you put in the gas tank to ruin someone's engine? I'm thinking metal shavings in the oil would be the best but you would need the car to be open to pop the hood. Sugar in the tank is just a meme I think, would diesel or water work better? What about some super high octane fuel that might melt the engine right?
>>17786264
Death grips is garbage.
>>17786264
Motorcycles have very accessible oil filler caps. Go nuts. And always use more than enough to clog the filter so the rest goes through the bypass valve. I have made more than one loud fucking harley mysteriously break this way.
Cars?
Just crawl under there and drain the oil out. If you don't have the time to do it without getting caught you didn't have the time to do ANYTHING without getting caught.
>>17786264
If you have a quarrel with someone, don't destroy their car to get revenge, massive waste of money and a good car. Sabotage the persons house instead.

What's /o/'s take on the Legacy GT Wagon? Specifically a 2003 automatic model.
This one has 140120 miles and is on sale for $1,500.
>>17786015
I guarantee you it gushes oil. Look at the driveway! Bad headgaskets, that's like a $1500 plus job on these cars.
>>17786015
Bad, or likely to go bad soon head gaskets
Leaks and uses oil
Probably been overheated atleast once
Taken offroad because >Muh AWD
There is a reason they only want $1500 for it
>>17786015
theres 10,000 of use here in Alberta both JDM and LHD. either can be had for $2000 because the LHD ones blow headgaskets like mad and JDM ones blow turbos and headgaskets like nothing
for $1500 id buy it if you want it but expect to do a HG job eventually
my first setup that doesn't live in the back of that which it fixes. thank god for scratch and dent.

I have one of those plastic carry cases from sears that the tools came in.
I have this harbor freight 44" toolbox. Works great for me. Pretty good quality considering the price.
Not sure how good it'd be for a professional mechanic but for the hobbyist like myself it's great.
I also have a couple craftsman boxes that are a bit older not pictured.
who here /toolcar/?
