Looking to buy a Leather Jacket for my girlfriend and I'm having a real issue finding something that would fit. (She's 6'2")
I know Cortech makes tall sizes but it's not much help...
XL says it's for 5'5" and LargeTall says 5'7"
Her measurements are 35,27,40 which is more inline with Mediums and Smalls...
Any recommendations please?
>>16834564
go to a fucking gear store and try shit on, then buy it online you fucking retard
>>16834564
Take her to a store and get one she can try on...
How tall are you?
I've been doing some thinking about electric cars and the styling of future cars. I see electrics as an interesting opportunity for some new (perhaps even god-tier) opportunities in how a car is designed, since you no longer need to build the car around a conventional drivetrain. What sort of designs will companies think of in the future? Are we finally /hotwheels/ now?
Probably won't change drastically in overall design for aerodynamics. Has the drivetrain limited design in any way since transverse engines were introduced?
crash safety mandates are only going to get worse unfortunately, so heavier cars with bulkier pillars unless there's some huge materials science breakthrough.
whatever replaces LiION will probably make range not an issue so aerodynamics won't be really needed.
active pedestrian safety might become a thing? in which case bring back the almighty shark nose
>>16835004
Well, aero isn't just for efficiency. It's also for performance. So I wouldn't write it off. But you're right, we'll probably see some bulkier, less aerodynamic cars as a result (trucks, SUVs, etc).

Nobody...
Either grind heist missions for a week or pay $10 for a virtual fake car with the same interior as 30 other cars.
No thanks

STOP BUYING THESE WHEELS
Ok so I want a project car. The cheapest thing ever basically.
>go on Craigslist and look around
I found a few things I like. I want more of a boxy car rather then newer one.
so i found this 1988 Mercedes 300E, pic related (just a google picture the actual offer is in kinda beat up compared)
So i just want this car for looks and to drive around. want to probably lower it air suspension or something and change the body a bit.
Basically is it worth it and are parts going to be obtainable?
>>16834349
>Basically is it worth it and are parts going to be obtainable?
Only you can determine that, Parts should be easy to come by and expensive since it's a german car.
Also air ride is for stance faggotry and tractor trailers. Which one are you wanting it to be?
>>16834349
> a stance faggot but not gonna camber more then like 2*
or I might just try and go for a different look with a matte black/dark green finish
What's the smallest trunk space on a car that still technically has trunk space?

Behind the seat on a peel p50?
the atom? who cares?
Tell me more about this car or similar cars, /o/ - doesn't have to be the M5 in particular.
Any other 80s-90s sports sedans that came in purple out the factory?
I'd really want a M5 Touring but considering they go for 50k€+ for ones in average condition, it's not happening anytime soon, while I might just be able to get a 525i or 535i 5spd...
>>16833583
>Any other 80s-90s sports sedans that came in purple out the factory?
>>16833606
Well yeah that's the obvious answer, but I'm looking for something mid-sized, always felt like the proportions were better on the 5 than the 3, same with A6 and A4, etc.
>>16833583
Similar in nature to that is this jzx100 chaser, I have one and its pretty sick. Get a manual though if you can.

I also hardly ever see educated people on Harley's...coincidence?

>offer to drive qt home in your tesla

>"oh hey anon, is that one of those self driving cars?"
>"a-actually it's a t-tesla... they're more environmentally fr-"
>"well if you ask me, if you hate driving so much maybe you should take the bus, right babe?"
>as chad and your oneitis drive off, chad's truck blows a big black cloud of diesel smoke in your stupid face
>as you "fire up" the electric motor of your cuckmobile, the car plays a sound imitating an internal combustion engine
>drive home at 40 kmh, taking multiple stops to recharge the battery
Does anyone buy a Tesla because they're environmentally friendly? Everyone I know with one just buys them as a fashion symbol.
I don't think anyone cares about EVs outside of rich people who see Teslas the same as a Mercedes or BMW.
>>16833504
>I don't think anyone cares about EVs
They've already surpassed ICE sales this year. ICE is dead
Girls only care about how comfortable a car is and how expensive it looks. Bonus points for a luxury badge. The ones who are into car culture are in it for multi-dick drifting.

Are Americans entirely too stupid to operate a vehicle? A normal human being in this situation would have simply put the car into neutral and pulled into the shoulder, gently applying the brake to slow down (or the handbrake, if the brake is out). In the mentally ill American mind, however, the solution is to call 911 and pray to jebus a kilometer from the intersection.
>>16833333
>>16833333
>>16833333
So they could not shift into neutral?
Ok /o/ help me choose my next vehicle. used. preferr american muscle. sub 14k in cost.
would it be bad that i would prefer a mustang of camaro? why would it be bad? what's better? what doesn't cost an arm and a leg to repair (well it all does but doesn't break as often)
shoudl i go older car and say fuck it to the miles?
/o/ is not the place to ask but you could get a solid S197 GT pre-face-lift for 14 grand and some sick mawdz if your choice like 3v heads and exhaust and more.
>>16833305
>S197 GT pre-face-lift
thanks for the reply. i was thinking of getting pretty much that. i was on the fence between camaro/mustang but i think i know now.

CARRY ON MY WAYWARD SOOOOOOOON
I got a raise and some surprise cash. Should I sell my current tires and get some UHP summer tires that actually let me put my foot down in 2nd gear? Or should I wear them out first? They simply just can't handle the torque.
>current tires
Pilot Sport A/S 3 (about 4000km on them)
>looking to get next
Firehawk Indy 500 (good grip, great treadwear)
Azenis RT615K+ (great grip, okay treadwear)
Pilot Super Sports (great grip, good treadwear, high cost)
>>16832990
RE71R are the best tire going for the Fiesta.
I would put another 16000 km on your current tires before replacing them. Also worth considering if you want to swap to light weight wheels and going with a different tire size.
