Is there a way to route the leftover air charge from the turbo through the HVAC/vents instead of having it leave through the Blowoff Valve? I want a cool, refreshing blast of air every time I shift gears/let off the gas and this seems like the most economical way to achieve that.
Compressing air makes it hot, so if you want 100F 10psi blast in the face go for it
>>16879410
Just add an extra intercooler just for your tarbo assisted climate control
Take a big hose and put it on the end of the bypass valve, and instead of recirculating to the intake, run it through the firewall and under the drivers seat, then drill a proper sized hole on the seat. Have it blow a charge of pressurized air into your b.hole

that's not nearly being ran off the road, that's a normal day in the life of a motorcyclists, you shouldn't be in any situation where they're able to cut you off and have it cause you any distress, don't be next to them, if you aren't next to them, they pull out, you slow down a bit it ain't no thang, no stress.
You'll get used to it.
Eventually you just basically avoid almost anything "unexpected" happening through prior planning.
>stop at intersection
>try to shift into neutral
>lots of resistance from gear selector
>nope, that's first
>try to go half-click up, lots of resistance
>2nd
>1st
>2nd
>give up and go into 1st and hold clutch
>bike tries to creep forward
>take off, shifting into 3rd is really difficult
Is there a chance my clutch is fucked, or do I just have to adjust the clutch cable? This happened from one minute to the next while it was raining.
Rice responsibly
Did he drilled holes in exhaust?

Apparently he didn't seal after a cat delete http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/03/21/friends-killed-carbon-monoxide-ford-fiesta-souped-up-improve/
Kek.
Ricers are setting the stupidity bar way too high. How can anyone top this. I say Darwin award 2017 right there.
What the fuck is this retarded hose on my rear axle for?
>>16878799
Found it dangling when I was getting gas.
>>16878799
>>16878803
judging by the fittings I'd say its a brake line that probably goes to a splitter for your rear brakes
I'm surprised there isn't fluid everywhere

It has a plastic cap that clearly doesn't attach to anything.
I think it's some sort of breather.

That's definitely what they'd call, "an act of God"
Since God is everywhere including a mutli million dollar rocket that was developed by Desi and budah dog eaters.
Profitable.
How easy it is to drive a manual?
I don't have any friends(with manual cars) also if I had friends with manual cars, they wouldn't let me destroy their clutch.
What are some good beginner manual trans car that are very reliable?
On a scale of 10 how much do you recommend driving manual, and why?
it's easy enough. just watch a few youtube videos, buy one and be off on your way. Having someone teach you helps.
>>16878530
For econobox to commute with doesn't matter, for a "fun" car manual always
>>16878530
It is extremely easy to drive a manual. Eventually it will become such second nature that you don't even realize you are doing it. Making it as easy as an automatic. (That being said, anyone that's says manual takes more skill is full of shit)
It is a lost art in a way. I would compare it to learning calligraphy. It looks cool (opinion obviously) and people want others to believe it is superior so they themselves don't feel like shit, but realistically, both will get the message across.
Anyone else have an unmodifiable engine? Mines the v6 in a 95 audi 90. Yeah it makes good power but it's kinda boring.
There is no such thing as an unmodifiable engine, but there are plenty of engines not worth modding.
>>16878413
We'll I don't see what's wrong with this one. I'd settle for an exhaust and intake really.
>>16878438
those are both things that can easily be made

I'm strongly considering this for my next car, it's a Lexus gx 470. Anyone know anything about it? Seems like a solid, comfy, trunk like suv. But it doesn't seem like there are a lot of them around. Any info would be great
Also I'm thinking of 03-07 models
>>16878332
The only time I would ever buy one is if it is under warranty. Otherwise I'd stay far away
>>16878332
Timing belt + interference engine = a real problem for poor people. Stay the fuck away unless you could easily afford to lose your entire investment.
TFW in engineering class, class autist has early 2000s avalanche which is constantly broken. I ask kid about avalanche he says its in for timing belt change, attempt to explain to him that chevy trucks use pushrod v8 engines which use chains, autist chimps out and starts screeching about how his has a v10 and timing belts not chains, me and another guy start explaining that GM doesn't make V10s, kid gets angrier and starts yelling that his is actually a brand new prototype that theyre actually hiding and that's why it's in the shop. Why do people do this /o/?
I want a gm small block v10 desu
itd still get btfo by snek v10

Stfu that dude is probably posting here and makes 6 figures

Is this a first year class? There's no way you're talking about a sophomore or junior
Can someone red pill me on double clutching?
From what I understand, double clutching means you pop it into neutral, rev match, and then pop it into gear.
How is that different from holding in the clutch and blipping the throttle?
Ask yourself, "do I have synchros?"
>he has to rev match
buy a car with a synchronised tranny ffs
>>16878208
>tranny

Need a new wheel because my current leather one is cracked and gets horribly sticky when the cabin is moist (Or if anyone has a solution to that it'd be well appreciated)
I know there was a video of someone bending one some time back but these look reasonably strong, certainly strong enough.
>>16878110
Get a used oem wheel. Chink wheels are flimsy and usually awful.
>>16878110
>>16878120
Also if it is leather it could be re-wraped.

What is this type of build called? I just saw this and fell in love and need to find more. Does anybody know much about this specific build as well? Can't seem to find much info.
