I'd rather be able to do donuts than shift gears tbqh. Besides, can manuals do this like based automagics?

How trash is the Veloster turdbo
>>16949050
Velosters seem ungainly, as if they're heavy as hell or something
>>16949050
I like my veloster, people are going to trash it, and it's not amazing.
Its not very fast even at like 20 psi of boost, it can sound alright with a good exhaust, and the fwd and short wheelbase make it fun around tight corners.
Its heavy, it still has a Rev hang problems, the manual is surprisingly fun for how much drive by wire the car has and it looks good imo just not as fast as it looks. The only thing it has over other hatch backs is space.. It's got a fair bit more than space then most other hot hatches.
>>16949778
>just not as fast as it looks
but it doesn't look fast at all
what's that in real units?
>>16948585

Yo
Can we have moped/scooter general
>>16948180
Yes
>>16948186
Im moving this thread to /mo/
>moped/scooter general
>doesn't post a moped or scooter
scooterfags are legit retarded
so are they gonna build it or not?
No.
>>16947887
They have built them
>>16947887
Nope, the CEO confirmed that they aren't planning on making a new RX at the moment.
Which one of you was this?
>GAS GAS GAS

>king of the hill four times

>>16947817
What is this?
What happens if you use gasoline instead of engine coolant?
Why don't you try?
It will be very painful
>>16947552
Being that gasoline is pretty volatile between states it would probably heat up enough to burst out of the coolant system's pressure safety valve
So im thinking about buying a 2013 used Honda Civic Si sedan. roughly 30k miles, supposedly a leased vehicle. Asking price is $18k. It seems to have most extras, but not the navigation system.
Anyone here owned this car who has some concerns/tips for what to look for during the test drive? Si drivers, do you always drive american 91 octane?
Inb4 Boyracer f4g0t
pic related
OP here:
I'm also looking at VW Golf GTIs and Jetta GLIs, as well.
If you have any other suggestions would need to be a sporty sedan/hatchback/station wagon
Age: 2012 to present
Price: $15-20k
Mileage: preferably under 50k miles
Location: im trying to stay in the central/north central Indiana area 46072, up to 150 miles
>>16946668
Seems kind of overpriced for a 2013, and I haven't done any research but I'm sure it will run fine on 87 oct, most Hondas do.
>>16946689
In my area it seems like that price is par for the course with that mileage, so I'm not terribly concerned about that. I can somewhat feel the ricer tax though.
What are some chick cars?
>>16946441
VW Beatle.
Minis, (new) VW Beetles, crossovers and SUVs, Mazda2s, Suzuki Swifts (9 out of 10 girls who drive Swifts drive manual), GM whatever Astra convertibles, Audi TTs, pink Mitsubishi Mirages, and Nissan Micras.
JAY DEE EMM TYTE car grrrls will favour the Nissan S-chassis where available, followed by the R-chassis Skylines. I have no idea what they do in the States.
ITT: We post all of the non-maintenance repairs we have ever done on our cars and you guess what car we have.
I'll start:
>Valve-body selonoid pack.
>One O2 sensor
>Rusted AC line.
>Busted AC compressor
>PCV valve.
>Vacuum lines for cruise control.
>Radiator asploded last Tuesday with no warning. Pic related is the damaged replacement part I got in the mail. Fixed it yesterday.
>Non-maintenance repairs.
>because I'm afraid of people disagreeing me modding my vehicle
Upkeep is important if you intend to keep the car. Or don't want to have to buy a new car every three months.
>ac busted
>radiatir asploded
what shit car?
>almost two feet (60cm) of view blocking shit
Why are modern cars such shit?
>>16943590
>damn mirrors, always blocking my view
>>16943613
Passenger side mirrors are unneeded
WHO ELSE DOES.
Most cars are feminine. Crossovers are gay. Trucks/ SUVs lame and bad on gas.
Ideally, a car that sits high off the ground, tight and compact, is the way to go.
Will buy if AWD and has reasonable 180 hp.
