Then import them from the US, it might be cheaper than a v160. I personally wouldn't use the Nissan setup, it seems like more of a headache than the Toyota/Getrag unit - and that headache will cost you more $$$ down the road. Also, resale value.

Well are you looking to do it yourself, or pay someone else? A fix like woild be pretty straightforward to do yourself, and depending on whether or not you just want to hammer out the dent or replace the fender, it can cost just about nothing.

Is it a bad idea for your first car to have no power-steering? I just drove my first car for the first time and I can say just driving through the parking lot was a pretty difficult experience. I'm not an experienced driver and I don't wanna get into a wreck but... is this something that I can safely get used to and it not be a big deal at all?
