Supra
So I'm buying a car from a private seller but all the money is in my bank. If the bank only lets me withdraw $500 per day, how the heck am I supposed to buy the car in whole from the seller?
You can withdraw as much as you want id you actually go into the bank and speak with the teller
>Numale detected
>>17028217
...walk.....inside....the....bank...... Over $10k you might want to go in a few days early.
Go inside, not the ATM dumbass.
Why hasn't Nissan given this car a turbo 4 cylinder? It would solve two of the biggest issues plaguing the current car: harshness and weight
I imagine they could put in a 2.5L turbo4 (290hp) and cut the weight to 3000lbs while keeping the same base msrp. I'd probably buy it.

>MUH V8
>pigfat
>oilburning
Anything I missed?
Also op, I like the idea, but honestly, they should just turbo the v6.
>>17027879
What about the name? 250z?
>>17027879
Indeed having lighter (or even similar) weight engine with FI would make the car much much better.
But then who would by a GTR?
"Tesla Semi truck unveil set for September," Musk said via Twitter. "Team has done an amazing job. Seriously next level." Musk truck V F150
18650 -V- 2070
That front end is hideous. Also, how the fuck is that thing not going to drain the battery in 50 miles when you start to reach its maximum towing capacity?
>>17027901
Details, details, details. Didn't you read the name on the truck? It sez T-E-S-L-A. All trucks are now 2nd best..

Get a Lincoln or a Cadillac.
Drunk guy stuck his car on top of two cement spheres.
Front sphere is resting on the oil drain pan.
Let's all laugh at him and suggest on what he should do.
>>17027603
go to autozone.
get coil spring spacers.
lift car an inch or so.
drive away
Find the nearest business with a forklift and give the guy $20 to lift it off.
>>17027640
Forklifts can do 2+ tons?
Got inspired to do my own valve cover gaskets on my truck, so I dun dun it. 5VZ-FE. I had to remove the intake and a whole mess of tubes and plugs.
Way outside my comfort zone, but I watched a little time lapse video of it on YouTube and just dove in and did it. Miraculously, it turned out just fine, so yay me.
>>17027602
I changed my transfer case fluid in my 95 ranger. Did plugs, wires and ignition coil 2 days ago. Also changed the accessory belt.
>>17027734
Here is the beast
>>17027734
Trucks with small engines are so relaxing to work on.
Anyone been to the drag strip this season? What ETs are you getting?
>>17027598
bump
>>17030308
bet you're proud of that one
>>17027598
all dragstrips do is show how much money you sink in one of the least important aspect of your car.
Drag racing is like stance: you sink money into your car, you get noticed by the community. You don't actually need to know how to drive just that your car has the approved parts
How reliable are Hellcats?
My regular house cat is already pretty sturdy.
Not very. Any car pushing 707hp isn't as reliable as most daily drivers. Get the 392 if you want a daily.
>>17027495
Do you speak from experience or are you just assuming?

Did you guys forget the SLK exists?
What's the point when the SL55 exists?
A supercharger pulley and a tune gets you well over 600bhp

>>17026770
A civic for 3k
>>17026820
It clearly has a few simple mods.
Saw a car today with a vanity plate reading DIPPED. I'm not an autofag - is this some kind of automotive reference, or y'all figure it's more likely unrelated? Think it was a relatively new 4-door faster car (but not necessarily a "sports car" owned/driven by a younger male.
Probably some guy fresh out of college who's making 45k a year went out and leased babby's first car and has a love affair with his skoal
>>17026720
Reasonable. Thought also it might have been some kinda bizarre sex thing
Oh no big deal anon welcome to our board.
Sometimes we dip our phallic members into a hot oil pan as a ceremonial tradition.
It's like a rite of passage.
After the "dipping" you can be truly accepted as an enthusiast.
The man you met was "dipped".
