600HP Challenger for $36k
Explain to me why the fuck I shouldn't buy this right now.

no thanks
It is my duty as an American to stop you from buying this
We are no longer in the 18th century brother there is no need for you to burden yourself with a "manual" transmission when automatics do all the work for you
God bless
Pretty decent price and low miles. I'm assuming there's no warranty at all, but if you don't care it seems like a reasonable deal.
Why do women make better manual drivers than men?
ie. the few women who actually do drive manual seem to do it better than the men who drive manual.
is it cos they're better at multitasking
Show me on this doll exactly how bored you are.
men fight with eachother over how to not ride the clutch
women just ride the clutch
>>17065171
Here in bongland where everyone drives a manual the worst drivers tend to be women. A girl I know has been through three clutches already in her Toyota Aygo because she can't drive for shit.
One female owner = clutch and gearbox destroyed
So when you bought your car, did you expect epic journeys and adventure?
What went wrong?
>>17065162
>Implying anything went wrong
Stoplight race daily
Road trip monthly

Actually, I did not expect the adventures I got. Nor would I ever have expected them.
I also did not expect to be looking so hard for replacement parts.
I sure thought I was going to use my truck a lot more than I do, but it's nice to have a big ass empty suitcase
Why did they give it only 205hp?
Seems like a reasonable placement within the range, and for the initial version. Maybe there were constraints on engine design and specs as well.
It could use a little more go juice, but really only when you floor it for the sake of flooring it. Honestly I'd rather they do something about the torque dip because 95% or more of the time you don't even bother winding it out.
>>17067328
so it wouldn't be faster than Subarus vape mobile
I don't care about the horsepower it should have just cost much less than a V6 mustang.
Find a flaw.

Add them three little hood vents usually on the passenger side, please.

Do any of you faggots know how a automotive racing helmet differs from a motorcycle helmet when it comes to fitment? My new Zamp car racing helmet feels like it sits super high up compared to my motorcycle helmet. I don't know if thats normal, if this just doesn't fit me correctly, or what
I would guess it's partly to do with airflow. You don't need the helmet to be low and aerodynamic in a car.
all i know OP is that auto racing helmets have to be at least snell 2010 approved, which most motorcycle helmets are not. different safety standards and flame-resistance requirements. visor openings also dont have to be as large, so might feel more restrictive than a bike helmet.
I'd always wondered what the difference was
First time having Metal pedals and I find after its been raining that my foot slips on the clutch pedal.
Is there anything I can do it make it more grippy or should I get get another carpet may just for wiping my foot on?
(I currently have an all weather rubber mat because do didn't want the carpet may to get dirty)
>>17059064
Grip tape. I had the same issue.
>>17059079
Just regular skateboard stuff?
do they work really great like I don't need to wipe my feet before hand?
>>17059064
Metal pedals are retarded.
If you had choose from one of these indestructible vehicles to drive for the rest of time, which would you choose?
Probably the 240. Then I drive the Mercedes into the cargo area as a backup plan, shortly before driving through seventeen brick walls and a crate of Dragonforce albums in my Swedish brick of hellfire and non-interference engines.
>>17064087
I have killed 2 volvo 240s,1 740, and 1 940
don't much like pickup trucks so ...
wouldn't mind trying to kill an old diesel Merc
>>17064235
oddly enough the car that is holding up best to my abuse is a mk4 Jetta VR6. The Jetta murders the Volvos in terms of durability under stress and the VR6 kills the B230ft, and B234f. The only good Volvo engine I had was the 83 B21ft and still the only thing I miss is getting the rear end loose

I appraise cars at Carmax. Ask me your questions.
No, I don't know exactly what your car is worth without looking at it. I could probably give you a ballpark.
>>17061300
>2005 STI
>60k miles
>flawless paint
>interior is mint
>plenty of service records
>zero damage
>I know what I got
How much?
>>17061300
Who's the hottest female you work with? Let's get some creepshots.
>>17061329
Carmax isn't the place to sell your specific car, IMO. They'd turn it around for wholesale as they wouldn't resell it. You'd see $15000-$16000 likely. 2006 is the oldest they'd resell, and the company's not generally interested in cars they can't resell.
Dealerships acquire 2005 STI's from one another for about $16,000. Hence the offer. The private market for that car is definitely the way to go. A mom and pop dealer that would resell it would likely give you closer to the $18,000 mark if they knew they had a customer for it and you were buying something else. You could private party that for almost 20, easy.
Anyway, nice car.

Why can't more cars have interiors as simple as in the Lotus cars?
>>17060623
Because normies want gadgets and shiny things, not a spartan interior designed to be functional and light.
Because some people actually want to be comfortable in their car
>>17060623
