Don't know much about Lexus' but want to into them

which ones are the best ones or classic ones?

are modern ones worth while?

is there a station wagon Lexus?
69 posts and 20 images submitted.
>>
Modern ones maintain the same level of quality and refinement as the older ones, you can't go wrong with either.
>>
2nd gen is350 is nice for comfy power and great sound with the f sport exhaust

Older ls400s with straight pipes are criminally underrated

Sc300s and is300s used to be cool for cheap drifting but they're too well known now and people are even turning the autos into fucked up vapemobiles
>>
>classic Lexus

Does Lexus even have classics? The closest Lexus comes to a classic is pic related.

They create cars with the shittiest quality possible and charge like mofos. Their cars are a pile of joke. Their cars have horrible build quality with a lot of quality issues or inconsistency. Their interiors look so dull and it's all shitty black plastic everywhere. Gets recalled every month. Their cars are considered pleb tier and no body wants their frickin badge on any of their cars, because that's why the Bolt isn't selling well. Their "Luxury division" are just shitty in quality and overly priced, I'm talking about the Escalade which is a chormed up shittily built $45,000 Tahoe. Their other cars are horrible and don't even deserve to be competed with any well established German or Japanese brands. Hell the Koreans do better than them. Why are they still in business? Why are they so shitty? They have a horrible managing department who does the dumbest things of all.

This is my view or opinion on Chevrolet. What justification can you bring up to prove my view wrong?

The only saving grace for them is their trucks, anything up to 1990, maybe even 2000 are dependable, rock solid vehicles. Not sure about the modern ones.

As much as I hate cars that look like they were designed by focus groups and a huge committee, at least they never end up with something that looks this bad. I cannot fathom how something like this makes it into production.

What is the best coupe that can be bought on a middle class salary?

>Fastest Stock
At the base level it's kind of muddy. If you want to benchrace for a few hours, you'll probably settle on a V6 Mustang.
>Best Handling
Under $30k, your best bets are the Miata or the Toyobaru. Skip the Fiat 124, unless you have some pressing need to own an Italian badge. Test Drive the Miata and a BRZ and see which one works better for you.
>Most Fun
Do you like drifting? Because you're not going fast in a straight line, so you better find some tight mountain roads to whip through.
>Muscle
Challenger. It's also got a huge trunk for all your hookers and blow. Again, at your price point, you're gonna get the least-powerful engine config but it's got a lot of power to drag its ass around.
>Import
Miata, Fiata, 86 and Toyobaru are all foreign jobs.
>Honorable Mention
Not a coupe, but consider a Subaru STI. It's a genuine performance car, as opposed to a neutered pseudo-muscle car or a de-tuned meme, with a ton of racing heritage and credential. It'll smoke everything else, but you'll have to suffer the indignity of driving a car with 4 doors.

Fastest:
Open auto trading site of choice, arrange by HP.
Best handling:
Miata, 86 and any old featherweight.
Most fun:
Stripped old featherweight.
Muscle:
Not my thing so can't say.
Import:
Datsun 240/280s are dank if you're a gnome IMHO.
Honorable mention:
Used evos are nice. Especially for street racing.

Though in all honesty maintenance is a big part of the cost. I wouldn't get a fast, heavy car simply because brakes get stupid expensive if you go ham. Also the fastest car is a used racecar.
