In what is surely a great sing for the already underfunded Olympia preparations, the Brazilian Supreme Court is set to allow a Bill that would allow the House to impeache the current Brazilian President.

Well, it's one of the most important emerging markets, and Olympia isn't exactly a small event.
Not gonna happen
poor Dilma
The people pushing for this are the ones who were convicted and took plea deals in the exact same scandal they're trying to impeach Dilma for. Impeachment is completely unnecessary. It will do two things:
1. Destabilize the government in a time when the Real is in the toilet and a real estate bubble is about to blow
2. Make Dilma unpopular right before the Olympics when Brazil will be on the world stage and no world leader will want to stand next to her.
If Dilma is allowed to serve her term, and she's voted out in the next election, it will be the first time in fifty years a Brazilian government has passed leadership to an opposition party peacefully, with no coup d'état, no impeachment, no assassination, and no involvement from Washington. It will be a great example of the stability of the Brazilian government and will help to resolve the whole junk bond issue...
>inb4 it will change the country!
Impeachment will change nothing. You impeach when you have one government official who has committed egregious crimes that have materially affected the country, and when removing that one person from office will begin the repair process. Neither of these things are true.
>but Dilma is corrupt!
Cunha was convicted before he was re-elected. Don't claim you care about corruption and then support impeachment. Revolution, yes, I would agree with you, but not impeachment. The corruption in Brazil is endemic, and not focused on any one person.
If you care about corruption, go to Brasilia and change the government, don't just share memes on Facebook about changing the president. It doesn't work and never has.

couldn't have said it better

This is just not true, take a look at 2002 elections for example.
