It depends on the state. I live in Connecticut and there are so many plows owned by the state/towns along with people that do their own cleaning services that snow is not that big of a deal. Even with the storm that dumped 5 feet or so last year everything was back to normal after two days of clearing the roads. Other states that don't get a lot of snow don't have the same amount of equipment or experience with it and shit gets chaotic.

My biggest concern would be losing power in the winter, since it gets fairly cold in the north and I heard this storm is going to be windy.
