The difference is that Hillary is proposing that Obamacare and its reliance on medicare for poor people be kept status quo, and Bernie is proposing to get rid of medicare and replace it with an expanded version of Obamacare, while paying for that with tax increases on capital gains and other wall street transactions.

Bernie is advocating something close to a single payer system, which was the basis of what Hillary proposed in 1993 as part of Bill Clinton's old task force on health reform.

Back when bernie was just entering the primary race, I heard someone describe him as a foil against which Clinton would solidify her campaign. As much as I wanted to deny it, every new story that comes out seems to validate that premise, that Bernie is not a true candidate but someone put there to allow Clinton to come out of the primary stronger than she otherwise would have.
I appreciate the "no inter-party attacks" policy that Sanders works under, but at some point you would expect him to at least defend himself...

Clinton totally shills for big pharmaceuticals. She has since they bought her when she was in Obama's cabinet. She used to be one of the biggest profile faces behind socialised medicine, but she obviously has a price. Now she won't touch medicine with any kind of real rhetoric other than to drive home the status quo agenda and keep the health care cost crisis rolling

If you're willing to vote for Trump based on idealistic nonsense that doesn't have any real backing or truth, then you shouldn't be able to say anything about gaps in Bernie's tax plan.
