>People in the opposition-held area look like living skeletons after suffering a six-month of blockade imposed by President Assad’s government.
Tens of thousands of Syrians are starving and freezing in a besieged town just 30 miles from Damascus. Activists have released chilling photos of people reduced to living skeletons in opposition-held Madaya. They say they been forced to eat leaves after six months of blockade by President Assad’s government and his allies from the Lebanese Shia militia Hezbollah. But even those pitiful rations have now run out as winter tightens its grip on the town of 40,000 people. Desperate for survival, the residents of the town, where opposition activists say dozens have already died from starvation, have also been forced to eat their own pet dogs and cats. Independent observers report the death toll is at least 10 and they warn that figure will soar as the temperature plummets in the town, near the border with Lebanon. Yesterday, there was some relief for Madaya as Assad’s government announced they would allow aid agencies in to provide relief for the first time since October.

>town of 40k people
It's a very small town. you can check it out by Google Maps.
>Population (2004 census)
• Total 9,371
I'd say that the besieged part of town is way smaller. About 2000 people. But let's say it's 9k people.
So what? Surrender and eat food, you goatfucker terrorists.
>surrendering might mean worse death
wtf is worse than starving to death? It like.. the slowest untimely demise you can have.
These people are noobs imo. Clearly the plan is to peace to Germany.
Okay, maybe not "worse" but still death.
At least fight leaves them some hope.
Or not. With ISIS, you never know.
"We love death more than you love life."
So you could be right. Still,
>a reminder that people in OP pic are not ISIS.
In my opinion images like this is a good reason to never admit them in our countries.
If the muslims become a majority in our society this things will also happen here.
The best solution is to offer humanitarian help, and help them move in other muslim countries if they desire to do so.
>as winter tightens its grip on the town of 40,000 people.
It is famous for its pure natural spring water, fresh fruits and vegetables, and healthy climate. Dry and cool in the summer, Madaya attracts wealthy Syrians many of which have summer mansions in the town.
Madaya had a population of 9,371 in the 2004 census.
I'm about ready to stop believing almost everything in the press.
Stuff like this makes some people think to take these Syrians in. I think we should just wage all out war, then set up a few towns, force everyone to go to school, be educated, and worship the Stars and Stripes. Take off the mittens and rebuild these shitty countries. The same can be said for all of the other third world shitholes.
Then again, what do I know? I don't know what would be best.
No you are the retard.
You didn't even understand what I said.
This kind of warfare is in the Islamic culture.
If we let them in big numbers instability, civil war and maybe even sieges as this, will happen.
And the experience of decades has already proved that the Islamists don't assimilate and don't abandon their culture.
So if you let syrian muslims into the EU, say you let in 5 million (more than we have recieved if i am right and a quarter of the overall syrian population)
Thats less than 1% of the total population of the EU.
So somehow there is going to be a large enough group of organised muslims to lay seige to a town and starve people to death. What ideology are they going to do this under? This is a crime perpetrated by Assad forces - the Syrian state - to squeeze out rebellious elements occupying this town. What possible analog coud occur in the EU? What could possibly motivate it? How would such a puny minority achieve this without being quashed immediately? Please enlighten me.
There already millions of non assimilated muslims inside that are a serious burden for the European societies. And it won't stop with the Syrians there are others, tens of millions waiting to migrate. The numbers can very easily become huge if we let the gates open.
As for their motivations, I can't really tell since they don't operate with logic.
They didn't have a reason to form huge rape gangs and harm the people offering them hospitality but they still did it.
The only solution is to offer humanitarian assistance and means to translocate in Islamic countries with people like them.
What are the gates exactly? - How would allowing refugees into europe impact any other kind of immigration? All it impacts is your perception of immigration, and your personal fear of muslims. I'm sorry but that is not a good enough reason to not intervene in a humanitarian crisis.
And if you cannot explain your bizarre logic could you do us the favour of keeping it to yourself?
Human capital is only a burden if it is not utilised correctly. If refugees were settled into work programs i doubt they would be assimilated into local pickpocket gangs. But then you would be pissed because they'd be taking our jerbs.
I just love those leftist euphemisms , calling a group that molested and raped as simple gangs of thieves. The doublethink process of you people is always amazing.
Also, your logic is the bizarre one, buddy.
If the integration of muslims has failed for decades and if the European countries can't use them as "Human capital", why should we keep repeating the mistake?
There are tens of muslims countries around the globe. They should do their duty and intervene in the humanitarian crisis.
The Syrians too will integrate better in countries that have the same language and religion as them.

Gangs have done much worse than rape. The point of using that terminology is to define what exactly they were there for.
If this was a "rape-gang", one they wouldn't last very long, as rape isn't particularly profitable, two, the majority of crimes would have been rapes, not thefts and groping.
You literally said that you think muslim refugees might end up laying seige to a european town, despite the refugees not being members of Assad's government and despite having no motivation to lay seige to anything. You then proceeded to state you didn't know why this would happen but that it would because they don't operate with logic.
That is bizarre.
European countries can use muslims as human capital. Don't let your distorted world view get in the way of facts. There are a lot of muslim small business owners across europe - so much so that its a stereotype. Muslims countries have already intervned in the crisis, the issue is that they can no longer. Lebanon has a population of 4 million, they have taken over one million refugees. Lebanon is not rich country. The top recipients of syrian refugees are muslim nations. Educate yourself.
If we wait for the likes of Saudi Arabia and the to accept refugees then we will be waiting until the world burns.
>هذه الجثة تعود إلى مواطن سوري يسمى جميل أحمد علوش لقي حتفه بسبب الجوع في مدينة مضايا ، وكان قد أعلن عن بيع سيارته بقيمة عشرة كليو رز أو خمسة كيلو حليب قبل أيام قليلة
>This body once belonged to the Syrian citizen called Jamil Ahmed Alloush (جميل أحمد علوش). He died because of hunger in the city of Madaya. He had put up his car for sale in exchange for 10 kg of rice or 5 kg of milk powder a few days ago.

Rape gangs like this are a part of muslim culture. Western women in visit in middle eastern countries have fallen victim of this kind of attacks repeatedly.
I said that Islam would create civil strife and instability especially if their numbers become big. The sieges are only an extreme case that would result from a civil war like the one in Syria.
We already have terrorist attacks, rapes and increased criminality from them. An exasperation of the situation is not improbable.
Humanitarian good intentions should not compromise the security of our own countries.
I don't care about the kebab booths, groceries or other small business they might contribute.
Especially when so many of them end up in the welfare or in prison.
The theoretical possibly that the Islamists might be integrated and be productive is very remote.
From OP source:
>And the price of rice and powdered milk – which are almost impossible to find – has soared to $300 (£205) a kilo.
Which makes me wonder about differences between the West and the East. If a baker in Europe started selling bread at an inflated price during time of shortage, he would be lynched by the crowd and court-martialled for "price speculation" and "personal enrichment". That's legalised looting. Apparently Arabs are more libertarian than Westerners.
islamist is different from muslim
refugees are not islamists, islamists are fighting in the civil war.
Nice citations. There is a greater correlation between the gender of rapists and the gender of these perpetrators than there is between the religion of rapists and the religion of these men. Strange that you don't argue against male immigration
Thats not what happened in the great depression.
Making food that valuable makes trade worthless.
People will be unable to live and produce labor, reducing production and services until they are non existent. You'll end up with a pile of worthless shit in the end with no one to sell to, no one to buy from and no one to help move your lively hood to where it is marketable.
They are basically destroying themselves.
My empathy left a long time ago. These people would just cause trouble in the west as a bunch of Anjem Choudaries like they already are in Germany.
At this point, who cares; its just a Russian client state brutalizing and being brutalized by Islamists that seem to cause nothing but trouble everywhere they go.
>هكذا خرج سمير القنطار من السجون الإسرائيلية ومعه شهادة دكتوراه،

>All the women, children and Christians left behind are suffering and dying instead of the actual niggers that yurope let rape their way into their countries
Fuck the EU, and fuck Merkel and fuck Cameron and fuck Sweden and fuck every single soft-minded moron that got suckered into allowing this invasive horde of millions of dirt poor barbarians into nice countries. If they actually wanted to help innocent people they would have gotten a handle on this bullshit and let the people in need in instead of actual factual gangs of rapists and murders that they brought in, with the supposed delusional idea that they'll contribute to the economy and prop up the socialist welfare system.
I hope this sparks the continental 4th reich and finishes this bullshit political, ethnic and national weakness that's been ruining every half decent country in the world for good. Leftists and "progressives" are in for a rude awakening when in a matter of months or years all the shit they've forced unto their peoples goes right out the window and is replaces with civil war, nationalism, and a divided Europe that will likely never see peace again for generations to come.
They pushed and they pushed and now their entire ideology is a half step away from exploding in their faces and instantly undoing everything they've "accomplished" for the last 50 years, annihilating every institution and policy they've carefully placed to control their respective countries in an instant.
They've tried so hard to crush any sense of nationalism, right wing ideas, and whatever they brand as naziism, that they more likely than not have created a new generation of nazis and nationalists that are waiting just around the proverbial corner.
War is coming, and nothing can stop it now.
gg no re
>Assad literally genociding entire city, shotting those fleeing and trying to get food
>no one gives a shit in high government circles around the world, not US president, nor German Chancellor, etc
fucked up doesn't begin to describe this, IMHO.
Not necessarily. This time, we have ISIS to fill the power vacuum. They are competent at running a state.
Religious tyranny is lesser evil because atheistic tyranny is unlimited by any principles.
Atheistic liberalism > religious tyranny > athestic tyranny.
Except Assad has become simply the butcher of most of Syrians (Sunnis) a long time ago. There hasn't been any kind of stability a long time ago, and forcing a guy whom 80% loath for what he's done is not gonna create it.
His Alawite sect should've promoted someone else in his place a long tie ago, someone without the legacy of indiscriminate butchery of civilian populations he doesn't control.
> Dead Sunni Arabs
> A bad thing
Seriously though, Sunni Arabs often treat minorities like shit; just look at what they do to Kurds. It's better to let a Secular state triumph.
This assumes that ISIS will be able to control all of Syria; it will ultimatly end up like Iraq with factional fighting strengthening
>This assumes that ISIS will be able to control all of Syria; it will ultimatly end up like Iraq with factional fighting strengthening
1. Not if the West gives ISIS helping hand. :^)
2. Assad is already unable to control all of Syria.
>Seriously though, Sunni Arabs often treat minorities like shit; just look at what they do to Kurds. It's better to let a Secular state triumph.
Not ISIS. They are staunchly anti-racist. They even have Chinese fighters.
They have some cliques vaguely corresponding to ethnic provenance, but that's unavoidable in situations of low trust and it has probably more to do with knowing a fellow jihadi and speaking his language than ethnic preferences.
Well thats what you get for siding with the enemies of the state, who builts the roads? the state. Who keeps water and eletricity and basic services running? the state again, so think twice before joining any group of mercenaries pretending to fight for your freedom while in reality taking down the state that protects you from things like this.
If syrian gov was taken down today, tonight israel would bomb and conquer that piece of land.
Tools digging their own graves.
Oh look its the old
>the poor people who sided with the wrong side are being fucked by the lack of services they forgot that were important.
GEEE reddit, look at the shocking imagery right there, we sure should do something about it, assad is bad man putin is bad man bernie is good man where is my upvote?
>Evil putin m i right? haha he is he is fascist.
>Thats right, can i get an upvote? how about some reddit gold?
Reddit is constantly sucking Putin's dick. Plebs in general suck Putin's dick
>If syrian gov was taken down today, tonight israel would bomb and conquer that piece of land.
And this is the fault of ISIS?
>Who builds the roads?
>Who keeps water and eletricity and basic services running?
There's nothing good that Assad does that ISIS doesn't.
>Thats not what happened in the great depression.
However the Great Depression wasn't declared a state of emergency. Doesn't the government confiscate strategic resources in private possession of citizens, or regulate their use, when such state is declared?
So basically people in Madaya are starving to death because they have nothing of value (like that humble car >>15226) to sell to the world in exchange for rice and baby milk.
Otherwise a black market would promptly appear, as it did in Warsaw Ghetto.
The circumstance under a siege is not what a libertarian considers ideal. If there was an open market, sellers would start moving in and undercutting each other to bring in business until the prices return to normal.
>more than 200+ references dating back 30 years before Hitler came to power stating the 6 million number in similar context as the holocaust in various well-known newspapers
>ask for a logical explanation
>get called anti-Semitic
>video shows 10 of those references in newspapers between 1915-1938
you're right, Germany has a strong right wing movement starting that has nationalist views just like imperialist German views.
Also, I blame Italy for some of it as well, they freely let Syrian refugees on boats into Italy and allow them to become Italian citizens and then due to the European Open Borders stuff they pass into the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Sweden etc. which have more economic prosperity that the Wogs.
They are in essence, economic refugees sometimes
>It saddens me that it doesn't make a difference and we're headed towards a repeat of history.
It proves that education of an authoritarian man is in vain. At this point, the only robust solution would be segregation and mass extermination of all anti-liberal element, irrespectively of race and sex. This would include many leftists, all nationalists, most Muslims, many Christians and sadistic people. Oh, and normies... normies are worse than all aforementioned groups because they make evil sustainable.
You may question the liberal principle of such an operation. It seems impossible even on a practical level because liberal people are poor competition for bloodthirsty people in such jobs. But imagine the world if it succeeded! Populated only by peaceful and creative people!
You can't argue with facts: peaceful methods towards a liberal world have failed. Are we therefore supposed to give up? What avenues are left?
Education of an authoritarian man is in vain. What's not in vain, is education of newfag liberals and showing other liberal minds that they aren't entirely alone in this social sink.
>Oh, and normies... normies are worse than all aforementioned groups because they make evil sustainable.
Look what I've just found...
>The world is a dangerous place to live not because of evil people but because of normies. ~ Albert Einstein
From "A brief guide to Islamic State 2015" (https://archive.is/MoUpE):
>I recently met a muhajir from Egypt who also happened to hold a degree in civil engineering, he was tasked with the heavy responsibility of maintaining the Caliphate's roads in the popular province of Raqqah. "How is the work going?" I asked. "Okay. Maintaining the roads shouldn't be too difficult," he replied confidently, "but we will need a lot of asphalt."
>The Caliphate is dead serious about state building, and the transport network showcases this brilliantly. (...)
>The convenience of charging your battery for free on the Caliphate's electric grid offsets [the inconvenience of short riding time on electric bikes].
>The natural progression for the transport network in the Islamic State has to be trains then ships and aeroplanes, but everything is on the table: zeppelins, hovercrafts, trams, microlites, cable cars or perhaps a new creation invented by some witty entrepreneur.
