Someone who rides a trackbike on the street loves the danger, especially when they get squeezed to death by an upcoming train because their skidskills are just as bad as their taste in bikes

They're nice to fly on in the context of coach. I'm very much of the opinion that when you fly economy/coach, there's very little total difference in service/quality between planes of different sizes within the same airline (e.g. an Air France A380 vs 787 vs A320), so the little differences matter more proportionally speaking.

I haven't been on an A350 yet. Anyone been on both a 787 and A350? How do the compare experience wise?

You can save ONE (1) of these two beauties from extinction.

In doing so, you also prevent all past fatal accidents involved with your vehicle of choice, as both went through high-profile accidents before.
Also, your craft of choice will be reworked in a way to make them relevant in today's world again (efficiency, payload, etc).

What will you decide?

The shuttle, since I'd rather not have a bunch of rich fucks making sonic booms all the the time over my head just because they can.
>>
The space shuttle.
I like space.
>>
Space Shuttle was a compromised mess, originally the craft was to be a much smaller lifting body type of design, and the Saturn rockets would still be used to put payloads into space but with budget cuts they had to let the Pentagon get involved and all its requirements and then the Saturn being retired and the need to use the shuttle to launch payloads screwed up the whole thing

Concorde could have been saved very easily by the USA repealing its federal ban on supersonic passenger flights, this ban was very obviously introduced at the behest of the aerospace industry to avoid competition after their own SST was cancelled. Prior to the ban numerous airlines around the world had lined up to by the Concorde expecting to use them for the lucrative American market, then the ban was introduced and they all cancelled and the British and French were left holding the bag

For longer rides I carry one of these 2L water bags in my trunk bag to refill my bottles. Filled right to the top it is the equivalent of 3 large water bottles. I don't always fill it up all the way, and when empty it takes up very little space.

I'm no Torontonian, but I'm a big fan of Toronto's Streetcars. I get that the service is pretty meh, but it's the only full-sized 1st gen streetcar system in north america. And that's literally BASED. AS. FUCK.
>>
>>1031360
It's to late to fix it. For years they never expanded the system. They let it fall apart and wasted money. Now they are stuck with a system that is badly in need of expansion and the cost is right out of this world.
>>
>>1031384
If they just forbade cars from driving on the tram tracks the whole system would improve loads at a negligible cost.

How possible is it structurally to build roads and underpasses (not tunnels under a small raised stadium?

Looks pretty clear by the shape, the stadium is like a bowl and the weight rests on the pillars distributing the weight. I'm more concerned about the cleaning of that building, birds could populate that grid and start shitting everything.
>>
Structurally, I don't think it would be an issue, it's just an issue of how big the steel needs to be.
Cost-wise, it would almost certainly be very expensive.

Probably one of those fucks who never got a driver's license, can't remember the training they received in primary school and believe they can do anything they want on a bike.
Personally, I bike with the same amount of attention and consideration as when I drive a car. When I break traffic rules, it's usually because it's the middle of the night and there's no one around that I could put in danger, or because the bike paths aren't marked clearly and I genuinely have no idea what to do.

Reminds me of a few experiences I had with cyclists around here.
>walking on the sidewalk
>wait at traffic light
>cyclist incoming on the bicycle path from the left
>light turns green for me
>I start walking
>cyclist just keeps going
>does not stop at the light
>nearly runs me over
>he literally just whizzed past me at a 50cm distance
>just gawks at me with an open mouth

>another time, at an intersection
>two cyclists come up from behind me
>first swerve to the left in the middle of the road, ride across the crowded sidewalk, then make use of the green pedestrian's traffic light
>loudly complain and swear at a cager woman who miscalculated the congestion and stopped in their way
I mean yeah, she dun goofed, but they were riding so recklessly I had to wonder where this sudden awareness to traffic rules was coming from.
>>
>>1041165
>or because the bike paths aren't marked clearly and I genuinely have no idea what to do.

You shouldn't need to, you ride on the same side every time.

>I had to wonder where this sudden awareness to traffic rules was coming from.
Obviously he knows the laws to complain about the Cagers breaking
>>
>>1041166
Not in my country. Sometimes there is a bidirectional bike path on one side of the street with no clear indication. I usually try to use these even if I don't know if I am allowed to, but I get yelled at by cagers if I don't.

Why haven't we found this plane yet? I have a few theories.

1. The US government in some secret espionage battle with China hijacked the plane in order to kidnap spies and get intel on West Island in the Indian Ocean.

2. Pilot error/pilot suicide. Dude hated his life, decides to fly to Antarctica and kill everyone including himself.

3. Muslim highjackers attempt to pull a hostage situation but fail miserably because they get lost and the plane sinks somewhere we have no idea where to find.

4. Lithium batteries explode in the cargo bay, everyone burns to the death and the plane gets scattered across the ocean.

Because the fucking thing broke up into a million pieces in the middle of the fucking ocean and nobody knows where to even start looking for the wreckage.
