dean blunt is the only new artist worth talking about. guy has been taking on so many genres it's refreshing to see an artist striving to be unique for once. in a class of his own. live shows are life changing

KFC Murder Chicks has this unique puree of very simple noise rock and hip-hop going on, kind of like how I imagined Death Grips was going to go on to sound like back when they first came out with Full Moon, but a lot more playful-sounding. But I'm kind of afraid that if/when they come out with a proper LP (i.e., not just demos and EPs) it's going to be really samey-sounding unless they're not afraid to experiment with more dynamics aside from just "loud".
