Stop Crying Your Heart out is not a 90s song - and it was the best part of an otherwise 5.5/10 album.

Don't Look Back in Anger, like most Oasis songs is an amazing song but has been played so much that you get sick of it. That doesn't detract from the fact it's a great tune.

Pulp, Suede and Manic Street Preachers were all better. And I think Blur were better. Technically more interesting and messed around with different sounds. Also, 13 was fantastic, although I'm not a fan of their britpop stuff. Stone Roses weren't really britpop imho. I like Oasis, they made good tunes, a couple great albums but that's it. Also, their wall of sound was messy as fuck. They could have used some more minimal production.
