I could have named more, like Beat Connection and Get Innocuous, but really I think 2/3 of their music is better than All My Friends. I just don't see what makes it better musically.

It's the lyrics in All My Friends that gets people the most. Especially the ending. But I suppose you can argue that for most of those 2/3 of songs anyways.

If were talking about the type of song that belongs on the top of internet publication lists and songs that a semi-professional blurb can be written about that contains words like "zeitgeist" and "influence" then yes, it is the best song of the 2000s.

But if were talking about the best personal LCD songs that are the best for reasons that are much more veiled and intricate and difficult to articulate then no, that goes to Someone Great.
