i can't get around to listening to everyone's stuff, i delve into certain channels after finding them
by sight. post good graphics!
Psyberia is an improvised electric guitar rhapsody layered over a field recording of suburban night wanderings with plundered radio recordings. Everything was recorded, mixed, and mastered in one three hour period.
also piano music
well damn... im actually pretty impressed. i can't really tell if this is parody or just novel or what but i had a lot of fun listening to your stuff. your voice kinda sounds like some adult swim cartoon character, im not sure if this is intentional but it works for what you're doing. i'm a fan of the beats too, im guessing its heavily sample based but whomever made them has good taste
i find your stuff a bit minimalist and repetitive for my tastes. networks is like the background music for some extended iPhone commercial. rise is like a loop for a videogame homescreen.
you did have some nice harmonies going on in "tomorrow we'll run faster". by far my favorite track... if you're into piano music your skill in the studio is very clear, though. it's super clean and professional sounding production, maybe you should think about creating and marketing some music as stock sounds for commercials and what have you, it's not a bad line of work and it pays real well
I return feedback on sc
I'm delving into making noise

I about to move on to a new project but to really close up things with my last one I'd like to sell out of all the cassettes for my last one first. The cassette is my first two EPs together as one package. I'm not sure if or when I'll return to this project but for the time being it's done.
I released another mini EP after the one that's out on cassette so be sure to check that out.
Thank you for all the love and support and god bless.

Here's my new Alternative R&B track called "Worth It". It has some Toronto vibes, over "trappier" production than what I've previously done. I appreciate you guys taking the time to listen!
This has gotten a pretty good response, hopefully some of you like it too.

a remix contest I failed, so I'm giving away the song free!
experimental track I did with my own vocals!
>it's about time
progressive? I really don't understand how sonically, lyrically, just nothing prog about it. It's chill and has some nice chords in there. but it's leaning more towards blues than progressive and it's not very bluesy
just finished my album tonight, let me know what you think
experimental drone and non-drone.

Cosmonaut's Vigil is excellent. Really relaxing, but upbeat. In the vein of Gold Panda chill.

Let's say I want to make some simple freeware video game and want to try my hand at making the music for it.
I've dicked around in Ableton a bit and will be in the market for a midi keyboard, and now I'm looking specifically into textbooks. What are some good books that introduce you to music from the perspective of zero knowledge to bashing out a few simple tunes on your midi keyboard, etc.? I'll be looking into music theory and whatnot but lots of info, how to get started?
Playing an instrument and learning the scales would give you a lot of music understanding. You don't have to really buy a textbook for that, check up some material on the interwebz. The best for start would be C major - as this is a scale where you use only white keys.
>LO-FI INSTRUMENTAL HIP HOP
>NEW EP IN A FEW WEEKS
Hip Hop with an old school vibe. If you're tired of all the damn hooligans and their trash rap, check it out.
Russian orthodox techno. LEL. Not even pretentious.
WAS/AM MAKING A BREAKBEAT TRACK DECIDED TO HEAR WHAT ITS LIKE SLOWED DOWN AND ITS KINDA COOL SO CHECK IT IT SOUNDS PRETTY FUCKED UP
INSTRUMENTAL HIP HOP I GUESS BUT THE ACTUAL TRACK IS OGNNA BE SOME BREAKBREAT HARDCORE TYPE SHIT
THIS IS THE COVER BTW
If you want to get started just start playing. A lot of composing comes from playing with the instrument... Once playing gets repetitive, check some theory, listen to music and get scores/tabs to understand what's going on, then back to playing!
I like to make all sorts of music!
This is the first song of my new project. I'm making some celtic music.
Don't be rude :)

Fuck, this is good.
I could easily lift to this music, you got some more?
Very nice. Little bit too polished for my taste, but it has the trippy Discipline'ish vibe. Don't know if you like King Crimson, tho.
Plain bizarre. Would like to hear this kind of stuff with a little bit of rhythm, reminds me of early Combichrist.
Not my cup of tea.
This is cool, recc'd
Very melancholic. Jimmy Eat Worldish
All good until around 1:00, I don't like the odd rhythm on the drums. The rest is nice, I like the post-rock atmosphere with electronic sounds.
Kinda like it, but still not my cup of tea.
Love the changes in rhythm. Overall nice track senpai, though I prefer a little bit less polished, but this is futuristic I like it. I get images from matrix in my head when I listen to it.
I wish there was more guitar in this... Nice track though, but too much electronics for post-hc imho...
Nice work senpai
Rate my sheeeeet
>random hip hop beats
Returning feedback on SC
